So I started this diet today. I ate a peach for breakfast. It was good until lunch came.
1:30 pm
I ate a peach , drank tea. And ate a bite of chicken. Two actually. Like I'm serious. I just ate .2. bites. Because Mom made chicken and it would be unfair for my family to eat chicken and me not so I decided I will take 2 bites from my sister's dish.
My revenge.
You know , I usually eat a lot at breakfast, medium at lunch and nothing at dinner. With a few snacks here and there.
So I am pretty proud of myself for not eating a whole chicken.
....
So you may be wondering why I am 79 kg.
One word .
Bread.
It is like food that came straight from heaven. And I eat fast food only on Friday , but I eat a lot. And I am basically a sloth.
So you got your answer.
I finished eating my lunch ( 1 🍑, 1 🍵 2 bites ( I swear ) of 🐔)
Which I am proud of bc I didn't eat a lot or even a medium. A small one which is enough for my 79 kg body thank you very much.
So I am still going great with the diet. I am not even hungry now. Which is great. I know it will get easier with time.
NOTE 🍽️
I am also gonna add a cheat meal after 2 days. One small cheat meal.
To make it more bearable. Because I feel that when you are on a diet for some time. You get hungry like a beast at night thus eating at night which also makes you fatter.But Nuh uh , honey , not my watch.

I have few hours for dinner maybe like 5 or 6 hours, idk. So let's start with the skin routine.
