CJ Flint

My alarm squawks me awake the next morning but my body aches to stay put. I pull my bedsheets from my body which lets in the cold of the morning. Once I get out of bed, I hop into the shower which I'm almost immediately interrupted from.

"CJ! Hurry up!" Cheyenne whines in her morning voice she's had since she was little. I can just picture her on the other side of the door crossing her arms angrily.

"I'm in the shower!" I call back. Hopefully she'll just let me shower in peace.

"You better not be using my vanilla body wash!" She's really angry now. I look down at the bottle I had just used to scrub my body down with.  It had a scoop of vanilla ice cream printed on it.

"Too late." I quietly laugh in hopes she won't hear the sound of joy.

"Charlotte Rose!" She uses my full name as I exit the shower and wrap a towel around myself. Then I exit the bathroom as quickly as I can to get out of Cheyenne's way.

"Body wash doesn't call for the whole name." I comment while walking to my room. My clothes have been set out the night before so I only had to get dressed. Once fully dressed I look at myself in the mirror and flatten the already flat black skirt paired with a light purple blouse. The pencil skirt made my butt look good as well as reaching to the tops of my knees. This made for the perfect work outfit especially when paired with a lighter color.

"I'm leaving, Cheyenne! Good luck today! I love you!" I yell as I'm opening the door to leave.

"Love you too!" She calls from the bathroom and as I close the door I can hear the shower turn on.

I make my way down the stairs to get my cardio in for the day before making my way into the busy street. I continue to walk four blocks to work which seems more like a building to the moon from how high it is. I walk into the automatic doors to the elevator that is guarded by a policeman.

"Place your case here please." He smiles at me. I immediately feel my cheeks heat up as I put it down and smile at the floor for no reason.

"All clear" he allows me through without his smile moving.

"Thank you, Officer..." I look for a name tag on his semi built body.

"Schmitt. But you can call me Mike." He winks at me which I blush in response. Again.

"Thank you, Mike," I say before clicking the button up on the elevator.

"Do you have a name? Or should I just call you mine?" He asks as the elevator ding meaning the doors will open any second.

"My name is CJ or Vodka which ever you choose." I stop the elevator from closing before adding, "You should also know that I belong to no one." I sass as the doors close on Mike who meowed at my answer.

Once I arrive at the twentieth floor, I'm directed to the CEO's office.  Everything is so perfect. Everything has a place and every place is perfectly decorated with hints of forest green. I'm led to a huge office with a view of the entire city below. I wonder how it would look at night.

I choke on my unspoken words as a beautiful man sits perfectly in a chair surrounded by the windows that view the entire city. His face chiseled paired with the dirty blond hair styled just so.

I am so glad I moved to the city. Two hot guys in less than a day. As I finish my though I see him looking at me expectantly.

"I'm sorry, what?" I ask with a dry mouth.

"Are you my new secretary?" He asked curiously while looking through some papers on his desk.

"Yes, CJ Flint." I stick out my hand for him to shake.

"Alex Cleveland." He wraps his large hand around mine. His is at least twice the size of mine.

I swear out suddenly nervous, "Nice to meet you."

"The pleasure is all mine." He replies. I can't help looking at hand that is still holding mine with no intention of letting go.
