If this appears everytime on my dreams then this have to do something about me.

Imperial soldiers were constantly patrolling the streets close to the main entrance of the palace.

Since he wasn't used to the sunlight, he kept his hood on as he strolled the streets of the empire. Yet he kept his senses sharp, he was still out of place.
Although there were also people around wearing cloaks and hoods,  a lone man would still be suspicious.

Where do I have to start?

The empire was massive, Dyrroth only thought his answers would be in the palace since it had something to do about golden objects.

Passing the guards would be really tricky. He needed to observe more but maximize his time for there were only 4 hours left before he would return to his true form.

Talk about observation, Dyrroth was curious about the food served along the streets. Yet he had no money with him.

Seriously Dyrroth, why would you want something pathetic peasants would eat?

"I'll have one serving please!"

Dyrroth moved his sight towards where the voice was coming from. He saw a white haired boy having animal ears and tail, carrying keys with him. His aura seemed to be optimistic. Dyrroth had never seen someone looking like this before.

The seller was done preparing his food and finally gave it to the boy, he gave his payment and was about to leave when he noticed Dyrroth staring at him.

"Yes sir? What do you need? " the boy asked.

Dyrroth stood frozen, unable to comprehend words because he was to intrigued by the being beside him.

The boy also noticed that he was looking at his food as well, "Ah...I see. Sir, please give me another serving!"

As soon as the food and the money was exchanged, the boy happily offered the other serving to Dyrroth.

"Here you go..." the boy said with the smile in his eyes.

"W-what I-I can't-"

"It's alright...I know you don't have money for this. Here, I'm happy to share the money I have for the unfortunate."

"How do you say so...?" Dyrroth said accepting the food with his shaking hands.

"Well...you look awful. That cloak is a pain in the eyes. Hold on a second-"

The boy dashed in a blink towards Dyrroth's back and quickly pulled the hood down. This made Dyrroth show his hair.

"AHA! Another white- haired boy!" shouted the boy.

"What's the matter with you? Why would you do that?!" said Dyrroth as he turned back to face the boy.

"Oh you have interesting eyes huh- well you've earned yourself a friend, I'm Harith by the way! You are?"

"Dy...Dyrus."

"I only know few people with white hair, it's just really great seeing more! Which part of the empire did you come from?"

"I'm actually not into conversations..."

"Oh, that's sad. Well then, I should be going!  I hope to see you again Dyrus! Enjoy the food! "

The leonin went on his way towards the east leaving Dyrroth finally in peace. A sigh came from him, relieved from the pressure of conversations with the people of the empire.

Dyrroth was still holding the food and thinking whether to taste it or not. He decided to take a small bite and chewed slowly.

It wasn't so bad.
