Rage of the Forces (Part 2)

Argus began charging against the enemies without the fear of getting wounded because of his immortality. With his dominance the demons were wild once more now they sensed their enemies were filled by fear.

This gave the demons an advantage to take offense as their enemies were now focusing to defend.

"Tigreal,  they've pulled out their token..." said Granger.

"We'll have to hold them off as long as we can until our token arrives, " replied Tigreal as he crushed a demon with his shield.

Alucard and Dyrroth were still fighting away from the crowd. They were panting and filled with cuts. Argus' power were great that it reached Dyrroth and Alucard's location.

The two momentarily stopped. Alucard noticed Dyrroth was still distracted taking his next move while his opponent was looking away.

He gathered his strength and with his sword, he launched his attack with the certainty it would shut Dyrroth down.

"Watch out!" Selena shouted allowing her to expose her location as she unleashed an abyssal arrow towards Alucard.

Dyrroth got into his senses and saw the incoming attack of Alucard. With his reflexes,  he took a small dash towards his left as he released his Burst Strike.

Selena's abyssal arrow and Dyrroth's burst strike miraculously merged as one attack successfully hitting Alucard with a bursting damage after a short stun.

Dyrroth gave his ending blow which gave  Alucard a fatal cut on his chest.

"What now Demon Hunter?"

Alucard fell on the ground as he coughed blood. He was bleeding ao bad that he was slowly getting unconscious unable to move his body yet still in possession of his sword.

Dyrroth looked behind and saw Selena slowly taking her steps backwards.

"Why are you here? I thought I told you to go. And when I said go, I meant go far away from us, " said Dyrroth coldly.

"You tell me to go far away as if I had a place to stay,  as if I have a choice to where I can go without any threat. I have killed a lot of beings that even to where I came from, they fear me, like I'm not welcome at all..." replied Selena.

"So you now know about your past... "

"That doesn't concern you anymore. Look, I really have no intention to bither your fight. But you were too careless, easily distracted. I had to offer my help, it's for paying what I owe."

The two stared at each other for a while, Dyrroth was the first to realize so he moved his head away.

"Listen, I-"

Dyrroth stopped speaking as soon as he sensed  a new presence. He immediately reacted by dashing away from his currect position towards Selena. He grabbed her and they both fell on the ground. Dyrroth was on top of Selena using himself as her cover.

Is he out of his mind?

A mysterious person jumped towards Dyrroth's previous position and unleashed a strange bright circle.

Dyrroth and Selena quickly got back on their feet and met their new enemy.

It was a woman holding a long lance. Imperial knights rallies behind her and quickly given medical care to the badly wounded Alucard.

The woman signaled her knights by aiming her lance on Dyrroth and Selena.  The knights charged against the two with full speed and force.

"They're too many,  we have to run, " Dyrroth said as he grabbed Selena's wrist and led the way for their escape.
The two ran together in the forest unaware if they were just running in circles.  The knights acommpanying the mysterious lady were more skilled than the knights they've faced earlier.
