There have been many times when I was working on a story and I have this really well thought out scene or dialogue and it sounds so cool when I replay in my head several times, even imagining the expression the characters would have on their faces and in their voices. And then, I sit down in front of my computer to type it with full gusto but guess what...I CAN'T REMEMBER IT DAMMIT!!!

Yeah, that happens to everyone. So write down your ideas as you get them! It may be a sticky note on your phone, on your tablet or even on the back of your shopping bill – write down your ideas before you forget them. Don't lose those awesome ideas!
