12. Another Day.

The next day was as usual at the college. The classes were going on.

When the class ended , the professor started,

"Students I have an announcement to make. The upcoming weekend we are all going on a trip "

As soon as she completed, everyone shouted and cheered.

"Make sure everyone must make up to this and there's no back ups this time "she stressed the last sentence looking at particular someone.

And everyone said thank you and sent her off by last greet.

As soon as she left everyone started chirping.

"Thank God you can't escape this time as per teacher's order for you. All thanks to her that I won't be roaming ghost like last year " Yumi exclaimed happily dancing infront of her bestie.

While she just rolled off her eyes.

"Whoa I'm so excited for this trip" Sehun jumped in happiness.

"Btw how was the last year's trip? You know for us, to get a map out of this trip? "Kai asked.

"Ahhh it was no fun since only three of us were there "Chen said nonchalantly.

"Hope this year will be fun "Baek said crossing his fingers.

"Hope so "everyone sighed.

After lunch all the teachers had a meeting regarding the trip so there were no classes so everyone was in their own world.

Chanyeol and his friends were playing soccer in the ground while few girls were gushing over them.

"Whaaa ! where were they last year ??"

"What hotness!!!oofff "

"Go channie! Go channie ! "

On the other side; Yumi was there too with her bestie obviously for Baek. 

Yumi was blushing now and then whenever their eyes meet and he smiled.

While IU sat beside her wearing her popular poker face and earphones plugged in.

But she was seeing the game to know which team will win.

Not at all players but unknowingly only at a particular giant . Her eyes followed him.

"Whaaa he's great ! " she thought whenever he did a goal.

But something went off guard when their eyes met a few good seconds and he stopped in his tracks.

Then suddenly IU started running towards him and she jumped and kicked the ball which was about to hit his handsome face very roughly.

Everyone was in shock , their mouths hanging low.

Everyone came near the scene and helped them to get up , asking if they were OK.

They nodded in yes.

They looked at each other and asked in unison "U okay?" they nodded.

"Thank you " he said with a thanking smile which trailed off after hearing something and noticing.

"Omo you are bleeding " Yumi shouted holding IU's elbow.

"I'm OK" she said and turned back to him 

"Be Careful "she said before walking off with Yumi trailing behind , nagging to go to the hosp .

"Whoooaaaaa! What the hell just happened? "Sehun exclaimed.

"I can't believe my eyes "Kai was shocked.

"That kick man! Damnnn! "

"If she didn't come on time ur face would've been smashed " kyungsso said worrying.

"BTW what happened to u Chan? U never miss a kick? " Baek asked.

"I dun...no... it was so fast I didn't get to figure out "he said still in shock.

"But I know "Chen smirked. 

Everyone looked at him curiously.

"He likes her "

"Whatttt! Noooooo! Who the hellll told you that??" Chanyeol started panicking

"What's there to say? Ur eyes says it all "

"Is it true Chan? "

"U can tell us everything u know right? "

They started pressurizing him.

"Stop it y'all let him speak! Is it true Chan? "Baek asked softly placing his hand on his shoulder.

"I dunno I'm confused! "

"OK answer these to figure out" Chen butted in

"Do you see her face ,even when you close your eyes? "

" ....Yes "

"Does ur heart go crazy whenever she looks at you? "

"Y...e...sss"

"Do you want to protect her no matter what? "

"YES! "He shouted after realising everything's true.

"That's it Bro see u like her! ^^"

"Whoaa what's this with everyone falling in love here! "Chen smirked lukin at Baek.

"You'll know it when you'll fall too dumbo "Baek elbowed him .

"Ewwww I don't want it to happen fgs "Chen said making faces while everyone laughed.

At the same time.

"Whoaa it's pretty deep "Yumi stated while cleaning the wound but IU was lost in thoughts.

"Helloo! Where are u? I'm talking to you! "Yumi snapped her fingers in front of her eyes.

She just hummed.

"Btw what were you thinking? ......Bout him? "

"Yes....NO! "IU shouted

"I knew it "

"Oh just stop it "

"But you agreed "she whined

"Aish! This annoying girl .Just go to sleep now we've to get up early tomorrow remember? Trip "

"Yes ofcourse. G'night "

"Night "

"But u can't deny u agreed " Yumi whispered.

"What are you murmuring? just sleep"

"Nothing"

"I'll make sure to find your happiness and true love Ji Eun. I promise u "she thought before slipping into her own dreamland
