Hello, Preliminaries

A/n this might be the last chapter i post before i go on vacation... so next chapter be up in 2 weeks..

Kai pov

I lean on the balcony next to Choji and sigh "this is going to take quite a while..."

The first match was won by Sasuke towards the end he wins using a technique that I've seen Lee used. Or at least the swift kick. Anyway he manages to win by a lion's barrage.

Second match was Abumi Zaku vs. Shino Aburame. The match was fairly short and was caught with one of Shino's parasite bugs, that attacked Zaku's chakra points which ended the battle. Maybe.. just maybe if Zaku was at the top of his game he could have had the match in his hand.

Third match Tsurugi Misumi vs. Kankuro. The whole match Kankuro had his puppet doing the work for him and Misumi. A puppet master.. if me and him collided it would take forever to finish with that puppet.

As for the fourth match..

"Rei Ogami vs. Kai Sane" says the proctor.

I glare at him across the balcony "who knew this would have happened.."

"Good luck!" I turn around to see Ino , and Choji say in unison.

As for Shikamaru he leans on the back wall and smiles at me "your going to win.."

I smile at all of them then to Asuma sensei "go on kid.." he says.

As both me and Rei stand in front of each other face to face.

3rd pov

"She'll win for sure , with her skills as a taijutsu fighter , and speed he'll lose" says Asuma.

"Those sound ninja might be strong but not up against Kai.." Choji says.

Shikamaru leans on the ledge and chuckles "good luck" he mutters.

"Who knew we would stand here together?" he says in a raspy voice.

"Im saying.. we have unfinished business since the forest of death.. time to end it" I say.

"Begin."

As those words come out Rei removes the sword from his back pouch and runs over to her "let's dance."

She takes a kunai out immediately and runs for him as well. He slashes towards her but she swiftly dodges it and lowers her body down and swipes her leg at the bottom of his feet.

He jumps back and chuckles "little taijustu fighter.. get ahold of this.." he places his sword facing up and begins to spin in clockwise.

"Sound whirlwind" as he sounds waves from his sword she runs for him anyway.

"What is she doing!" Naruto yells in shock.

"Stop worrying.." Shikamaru says in a chill tone.

She does makes hand signs and soon her body disappears and a log appears "substitution jutsu?" he says and looks up Kai smirks down at him and begins to make another pair of hand signs.

This time only two hand signs Ram, and Tiger signs soon she releases a amount of high viscosity water on the ground.

Before he could move he gets trapped and both his feet are stuck on the ground. Kai lands on top of the water while smirking at him.

Rei sighs "guess I spoke to soon about just being a taijustu figther.."

"Wooh that's Kai?" Ino says with her eyes widen in surprise.

"She's improved so much, and the fact she can use ninjutsu is even better" says Rock Lee fired up.

"Calm down Lee!! Anyway she is strong considering the way the started off the match strong" says Tenten.
