When Jaycee was 15 weeks along she popped out over night. She was working a shift at Buffalo on Saturday. Bucky and the boys were working at the auto shop. But they had asked the girls to bring them lunch.
Jaycee was attending to one of her tables. Wanda stopped when she seen her stomach. She quickly snapped a photo then showed it to Nat when she got back in the car with the food.
"You won't believe what I just seen in there. Look.." Wanda said then showed the picture.
"Omg! Lets go the boys will die.." Natasha said as she backed out of the parking spot.
They went to the auto shop. "Boys.." Bucky yelled when he seen them.
They went inside the shop to the break room. The boys found their boxes and started to eat. "So Wanda discovered this while she went inside." Natasha said
"Whats that?" Bucky said as he took a drink of his mountain dew.
Wanda sent the picture of Jaycee to them. They all opened the text Bucky swallowed hard. "Jaycee?" He whispered confused.
"Yeah who would sleep with her? Other than to see her giant boobs. I mean the person has to be pretty desperate." Wanda said
By Monday morning everyone knew about her pregnancy. Bucky seen coming down the hall. "Hey nerd who did you drug to lose your v card too?" Deacon said as he came down the hall.
She slammed her locker door as everyone continued to stare. She finally stopped and said "yes Im pregnant and I know the dad is. I wasn't raped or anything like that. So please stop staring at me!"
She went to hide in the library till the bell rang for first period. The stares and the whispers continued. Jaylen did her best to diffuse it all but it wasn't working.
That afternoon as she was doing her homework cause it was her night off. There was a knock on her door she opened the door.
"I need your car keys.." Ben said
She looked down and took her apartment key off her car keys. She gave her dad her keys. She watched as her car was towed away.
She shut the door and started to cry. She called Jaylen to tell her she was going to need a ride to school in the morning. She cried herself to sleep like she has done so many nights.
The next afternoon Jaylen took her to the one person that they knew that knew alot about used cars. Jaylen waited in the car when Jaycee walked into the auto shop.
"Hey Brady..is big boss in?" She said
"Yeah here I will help you up the stairs." Brady said
She was thanking her lucky stars that Bucky and his friends were gone. "Dad you have a visitor?" Brady said as he opened the door.
"Jaycee darlin..I hope you aren't here for a third job." He said
"No..I wouldnt last one day..um but I do need your help." She said with a shaky voice.
"Jaycee what is wrong sweetheart." He said as he walked to her.
"Um..dad kicked me out..when I told him about this. He cut me off financially and yesterday he took back my range rover. Jaylen brought me." She said as she wiped tears.
"I know all about it. Jaylen came in a few weeks ago to get her oil change she told me how things were." He said as he hugged her.
"I need to find a car. I dont have the money to buy one out right. So I was wondering if you could help me find a good used one." She said
"Of course little darlin.." he said
"Thank you James.." she said
"Welcome..I will see what I can come up with and let you know." James said
That night at dinner Winnie said "James honey..you are being quiet.."
"Well you remember when I told you Jaylen came by the shop the other day?" James said
"Yeah..you said Ben kicked Jaycee out and cut her off financially." Winnie said
Bucky swallowed hard.
"Well Ben has taken his anger one step further. He has taken back her car. She showed up at the shop in tears asking me to help her find a used car cause thats all she could afford right now. Bless her heart she has dark circles like she hasnt slept in weeks.' James said
Winnie shook her head.
Bucky said "may I please be excused?"
"Yes honey.." Winnie said
Bucky dumped his plate and went down to his room. He tried to find her on social media he couldnt find her. He went throught Jaylen's friends and still couldnt find her.
The next day he found her in the library during second period. "Jaycee.." he whispered
She jumped. "What happened to you? This isnt like you.." he said
"People change..you changed in the last 5 years." She said
"Have you told the dad?" He said
"No." She said
"Are you going to tell him? He deserves to know that he has a baby on the way." Bucky said
"No..it was nothing special a condom broke. We didnt even exchange contact information and he doesnt even know my name James." She said
"Jaycee..." he said
"Dont you dare act like you give a shit. For the last 5 years you have turned into the very thing you use to hate. And have made my life hell." She said
He sighed "Fine..be a bitch." He said and walked out.
She shook her head and went back to her homework. She received a text from James that he found her a car.
Jaylen and her met him at the shop. "So its a newer car. And you dont have to worry about spending money you dont need to spend. This is a latr bithday present from me and Winnie understand. Its a nissan Altima its the newer model." He said
"Thank you James." She said as she hugged him.
"Welcome little darlin.." he said then he gave her the keys.
"Everything is in the glove box. And I found some car insurance that is cheap but good. So I fixed that all up for you doll baby" James said
She smiled and wiped tears. "Thank you so much." She said
She got in her car and went to work. Jaylen went on to cheer practice.
