A pair of shuriken hit the tree as the target. Karin sloppily squatted down, tired from her nonstop training. She took her water and drank some to quench her thirst.

Meanwhile, Shisui ran towards the practice ground upon learning the news from one of his birds.

Karin crawled down under the tree's shade, preparing herself to get some nap.

Arriving at his younger sister, Shisui found her sleeping soundly under the tree, he hesitated at first but chose to not bother his sister.

He felt sorry for her to always keeping an eye on him and leading the fights whenever they encounter enemies by surprise. Although claiming to have her take them down as part of her training, Shisui knew he's far better with his Sharingan with him.

Shisui then went back to their hideout to retrieve a blanket and returned to Karin and placed the blanket on her and left her in her sleep to where Karin woke up at dusk leading her to stomp on the way home and knocking Shisui down for not waking her up.

Karin was out, strolling inside the forest as Shisui rest in his room. She took her sandals off and decided to jump into the water, splashing them with her feet.

A black and white butterfly flew past her and she noticed it, her eyes followed where it flew when she noticed a familiar black figure flying towards her direction, 'Onii-san's crow.'

Karin lifted her arm and allow the crow to land on it and ran back to their place.

"Onii-san!" she screamed entering their hideout. "Onii-san!"

Shisui left his bedroom and saw Karin with his crow.

"Here," Shisui lifted his arm to allow the crow to land on him.

After he got the message and free the bird, he told Karin to get ready for a mission. Although she wanted to ask what's going on, she followed Shisui's orders and changed.

Karin doesn't understand why Shisui's in a hurry so she picked up her pace to run beside her brother.

"What's going on?" she finally asked.

"I sense a big fight is going to happen in the Land of Iron for Five Kage Summit,"

"The Five Kage summit," she repeated, "but why would there be, besides Onoki and Ay, there's nothing to be worried about."

"Danzo is attending," Shisui's jaw tightens at the mention of his name.

"No way, Tsunade is the rightful owner of that position!"

"She's unconscious from Pein's attack, Karin."
After hearing what she needed to hear, Karin focused on arriving at the Summit fast.

The two hid as they watched the Kage's entering the place where the meeting will commence, in silent.

"I still can't believe Danzo is the new Hokage," Karin said in a careful manner.

"I am trying to control myself from attacking him."

"Shisui," Karin said seriously, earning an intense gaze from her brother, "the end of his reign of terror is nearing. We'll get what's rightfully yours back."

They waited for a while longer causing Karin to yawn but shortly after she did, she sensed four new chakra inside where the meeting is ongoing and quickly notified Shisui.

"Someone's interfering," Shisui alerted, "Sasuke is in there!"

He wished for his sharingan at times like this to grab Sasuke and defeat Danzo with his bare hands but without his dojutsu, he can only rely on his nature and prowess leaving the dojutsu duty in the hands of his sister, Karin.

"We have to go," Shisui said but before he could step out from where their hiding and reveal himself to the guards, Karin grabbed him.

"If we go now, it will only make things worse. We will stay here and wait for the right time to aid Sasuke and kill Danzo."

Shisui whose arms are crossed, tapped his fingers on his arm, impatiently waiting for Karin's instructions.

Karin was so annoyed that she threw a needle at hed brother's hand earning a smack from him.

"What was that for?" she stood and faced her brother.

"You threw a needle on me first!"

Karin opened her mouth for a remark but sensed Sasuke's chakra draining with a Kage nearby.
"Sasuke. This is bad."

Karin, steal concealing their presence stepped out and luckily there aren't any guards around.

"What happened?" Shisui asked as he followed right after.

She focused on sensing their chakras and when one of the Kage is going to blow Sasuke, he was saved by another familiar chakra, the masked Uchiha whom they discovered in the attempt of saving the Sanbi.

Karin gasped and grab Shisui back to their hiding, "the masked Uchiha is here."

"Who is that guy?"

"He saved Sasuke."

Shisui took a glance to where they exited, "Karin," he said.

Understanding what he meant by it, she focused who were the ones outside.

"Three chakras, two of them are from the Uchiha's," she informed.

"We'll pursue them," Shisui said, preparing himself.

"What about Danzo?"

"Making sure Sasuke's safe is more important," Shisui set out and followed the group cautiously but disappeared before him. "What?"

"Time and Space," Karin noticed.

"Who is that person?"

Due to overusing her senses to track down Sasuke, Karin was out of energy and collapsed. But before she could hit the ground, Shisui caught her and decided to carry her on his back.
Shisui found a free and placed the unconscious Karin under its shade to rest.

"I shouldn't have allowed you to avenge him. At this rate, I am no different with Itachi."

He remembered the time where he was supposed to tell Karin apiece of very important news but retreated after learning she's resting under a tree.

Shisui waited for her to regain her consciousness and when she did, the first thing she did was ask where Sasuke is.

"Maybe you need more rest," he suggested.
Karin being stubborn, stood and told her brother they need to get to Sasuke as quickly as they could.

"Karin wait," Shisui said calmly, softly.

She stopped her tracks and waited for Shisui's next words.

"Itachi's dead,"
