LINCOLNS POV:

Lily.

My heart clenched.

I held my chest and felt the smile on my face grow, she's okay. She's still herself. She's the wolf in the chicken coop.

I sat up and eyed the time, shit! My date!

Jumping out of the bed, I shoved Vlad, "Asshole you didn't wake me from my nap!" I said pulling on a pair of jeans and a T-shirt. I slipped on deodorant and cologne before putting gel in my hair and combing it nicely.

Running, I hurried down the hall to Koras dorm and knocked.

Fuck! I forgot flowers!

Kora pulled open the door and my jaw smacked down to the floor.

She stood there in a long simple light pink dress, her hair done half up and half down. She looked mesmerizing though, I actually wondered how the hell she was the same person as she was two hours ago.

"Hey." She said softly and shyly.

Faye popped up and gave me a scowl, "Bring her back before ten. No hickies. No penetration. Bring her back as you found her." She said which I would but Kora seems to have other plans.

I gave a nod and watched Eva walk out of the dorm holding a bouquet of flowers, "Lincoln the flowers you ordered just came in." She said walking over and handing them to me.

Eva, you are a life saver.

I smiled, "Thanks." I said taking them and handing them to Kora.

She brought them to her nose and smelt them before sighing and then handing them to Faye, "Thank you Lincoln they're beautiful." She said watching Faye take them.

Eva did good.

I felt Eva slip something into my pocket before she said bye and headed to her dorm.

Kora stepped out and said bye to her sister before we headed down the steps. There isn't much romantic planning you can do in an academy where everyone's training to fight a war so I sort of had to improvise.

Going out to the garden, I smiled over at her as I gestured to the blanket on the grass and the basket of food. I hope she doesn't mind a nice and simple picnic.

"Oh and Anne lent me her iPod so we can dance." I said nervously watching as she smiled and blushed.

She was a pretty one.

I watched her as she sat down on the blanket and peeked in the basket, "Champagne?" She asked laughing and reaching in.

Sitting down beside her, I pulled the glasses out as she grabbed the small bottle out, "I want you to have a really good first date with me." I said thinking about Anne.

If Kora and I didn't end up together down the road, I'd at least like her to have a good memory of me.

She moved the basket aside and pushed at my chest until I laid back on the blanket, "Lincoln, I want you, a date is sweet and all, but I think you've kept me waiting long enough." She said catching me way off guard with that one.

Clearly, she wants me, I can't keep denying her what she wants either.

Pulling her lips to mine, I felt her straddle me before I ran my lips down her neck.

She was so soft.

"Lincoln, I want you." She said again.

Nyxess, this girls every mans dream.
