End of school

"Yay, we're finally out of this hell hole!" Tye yelled as he threw his hands in the air.

"Boy shut the fuck up!" Mckayla said

"Bruh why do you always have an additude." Dre asked annoyed

"Because yall wooden toothpick lookin asses annoying as fuck!"

"Ahahahahaha"

They then turned around to see Keisha and Unique dying from laughter.

Tye and Dre rolled their eyes and crossed their arms.

"Yo where's Diamond?" Mckayla asked.

"S-she's over there haha" Unique said through her laughs

"Unique chill it wasn't even that funny. Now where did you say she is?"

"She's over there" This time she pointed.

Everyone looked in the direction to where she was pointing. They saw Diamond talking to Trey. They were giggling and smiling at eachother.

"Aww, she's growing up" Keisha said while wiping a fake tear.

"Let's go wait for her outside". Dre said.

"Nahh I'm good, I hate this school. Imma head out this bitch." Tye said.

"Truly" Unique said in agreement.

They all left, leaving Diamond and Trey talking.

DIAMOND POV

She felt a gentle tap on her shoulder causing her to turn around.

"Oh hey" Diamond said a little surprised.

"Hey, so about the project" Trey said.

"What about it?" Diamond asked sounding confused.

"Do you want to work together?"

"Yeah, sure"

"So what forest do you want to research?"

"How about the so called haunted forest?"

"Oh your talking about P̀ā p̄hī s̄ing"

"What?" Diamond asked sounding confused.

Trey just started laughing

"P̀ā p̄hī s̄ing. That's the actual name. Its in Thai". Trey said.

"Oh haha.When do you want to start?"

"How about tonight?"

"Yeah, sure. Where and what time? Diamond asked.

"How about the cafe down the street around 6 o'clock."

"Great."

"Perfect." Trey said as a big smile appeared on his face.

"Well, imma get going."

"Ok see ya tonight."

Diamond then closed her locker and headed out of the building.

"Well I guess they left already." She thought to herself.

She then walked to her car got inside and took off.

As she got home she opened the door and closed it behind her. She than made her way upstairs and took a shower. Once she was done she picked something out from her closet and sat it on her bed.

After getting dressed she went into bathroom and did her hair and makeup

She then made her way downstairs to only be greeted by her mom.

"Hey. Where you goin?" She asked.

"Just hanging out with a friend."

"Alright. Don't stay yo lil skinny ass out there to late. I don't need yo bread stick lookin ass to get killed. You hear me?"

"Really mom. We literally know every one in this neighborhood."

"True. Well I think that you should get going. Don't want your date to be out to long now don't cha" She said smirking.

Diamond just gave her the oh really look then headed out.

After reaching the cafe. She got out with her laptop in her hands and her bag hanging from her right shoulder.
She walked in and looked for an empty table thinking that she was the early one. Instead she sees Trey sitting at a table alone looking down at his phone.
She made her way towards him and took a seat in front of him.

"Hey", she said catching his attention.

"Oh hey. When did you get here?"

"I just did", she said smiling at him.

"Well, let's started with this project, I guess?"

"Y-yea", Diamond said nervously

They began to work on the project. She never thought she could do so much and have fun doing it.
They worked and worked till the cafe closed

"Well. thanks for joining me", Trey said

"Anytime", she said giving him an assuring smile.

Before they parted ways they hugged. They then headed home.
