It was many a time that the Avengers had heard weird noises throughout the night, occasionally waking up some of them. They always disregarded it, thinking it was just the building settling, or a generator kicking in. However, it came as no surprise that an Avenger would grow curious and figure out what was really happening.

The sleepwalking incident happened when Nat woke up at 3 in the morning, hearing a clinking sound coming from the kitchen. The super spy walked in quietly, barely making any sound at all with her footsteps. She was clutching a dagger, for in case there was a threat there.

The scene she saw of course surprised her, but it definitely wasn't anything that she was expecting.

Peter was sitting on the ceiling clutching two shot glasses. His eyes were open but they were blank, not really looking at anything. He was taking the shot glasses, one in each hand, and clinking them together repeatedly, soft enough not to damage them, but hard enough to have woken up Nat.

'What the heck is this kid doing?' Was all she thought, before coming to a realization of what was actually happening. Peter must have been sleepwalking.

She called out to him, trying to coax him down from his position on the ceiling.

"Peter?" She said.

"Uh, yeah?" Peter responded sluggishly, drawing out each word.

"Come on, let's go back to bed," she said, and he dropped down, making sure to leave the glasses on the counter. She took his arm and guided him back to the bedroom, not leaving until he was in bed asleep again.

The next morning over breakfast, Nat made sure to tell the team about what happened the night before with Peter. They all thought it was hilarious, of course, and had a good laugh at it.

Peter was super embarrassed about it, evidently not having found out that he sleepwalked at all.

Although finding out about Peter's habit of sleepwalking was funny, and super embarrassing for poor Peter, at least it explained what all of the noises were!
