Being back in the dorms was amazing, and you were incredibly happy. You had been afraid that people would be pushing you to spill the details about why you had been to the hospital, but after saying that you have had some lung problems and needed surgery, nobody pried any further.

You were really thankful for this as you had no idea how to explain what had really happened to you. Quite frankly you were also afraid it would stir rumours on who you might have been in love with. You had no idea who it had been. You didn't know whether he was in your or in a different class. Hell, you didn't even know if he went to the same school as you.

You would be lying if you said that you weren't curious, but you also knew that this was dangerous territory, nobody knew how you would react should you find out who it was. That's why you decided it was best to just lay it to rest and move on.

You had been back for a couple months now, classes were going well, and you managed to catch up with most of the subjects. You were also back into the usual training regimen, which was a great feeling. You felt so much stronger already and actually managed to beat Bakugou in practice the other day.

As unexpected as it was, you couldn't help but feel that it wasn't a proper victory. Bakugou hadn't seemed very well when you faced him, if he were one hundred percent himself, he would've probably kicked your ass.

Thinking about Bakugou made you sigh. He was so difficult to read. Everyone felt like he had been acting out of character lately, and it was getting worse with every day. He was more reclusive than usual and would only come out of his room if he had to.

His mood was odd as well, you were used to him yelling a lot, but the yelling died down. He was much calmer than you were used to. He still looked angry all the time, but by now, you were pretty sure that this was just what his face looked like because his actions did not match his expression one bit. He didn't focus in class anymore, and during practice, he kept making mistakes too. It felt like his stamina wasn't what it used to be.

To top it off, his insults had become less offensive, and he actually started to use people's actual names somewhat frequently, which was one more reason why you knew that there was something wrong with him.

It wasn't like you cared about him. To be honest, you thought he was obnoxious and too arrogant for his own good, but you also hated seeing others in pain, and it was clear as day that something wasn't right with him.

You decided you would try to help him. You knew he wouldn't want your help, but you were headstrong, and you figured that someone needed to do something.

Strong arms around your waist tore you out of your inner monologue. You had been standing in the common room, looking out of the window, completely spaced out. The grip around you tightened, and soon you were thrown onto the sofa, and your attacker started tickling you violently.

You laughed so hard that you snorted. "I-Izuku... oh my god... stop... it," you laughed, trying to wiggle your way out of his grip.

"No can do (y/n). You need to live with the consequences of your actions. Don't you know it's dangerous to space out like this in public? I could have been a villain attacking you," he said in a lecturing tone.

This made you laugh even more "Izuku pleeeease, I'm going to pee if you don't stop," you begged. He didn't stop, though.

"What the hell is going on in here?" A confused voice said from the other side of the room.

"I'm punishing (y/n)-chan," Izuku said nonchalantly.

"Okaaaaay." Was the only thing he received in response.
