2: sucks at video games

well ever since the pizza night mishap, i decided to forget all that shenanigans. never kissed calum, never talked to michael about that, nope nope. hopefully they forgot about it too.

"sydney, come down here!"

"why?"

"calum's mum brought us food!"

fuck yeah, i thought to myself. calum's mom is the best cook. she cooks better than my mum.

i ran downstairs and they were all sitting at the table, already eating without me.

"gee, thanks for waiting for me guys."

"we were starving."

they only left a little bit of food left for me.

"vultures." i said. that caused luke to laugh.

"just hurry up and eat."

"wow, dad why are you in such a hurry?"

"we wanna play this new game we got in the mail!"

"then you guys hurry and eat, i'm taking my sweet ass time."

they all ate really fast and finished within 10 minutes. that left just me...and calum.

"calum, hurry!"

"you play for me ash, haven't had mum's cooking in a while. just making it last."

"okay whatever."

ashton hopped onto the spot where calum usually sits and started playing. michael turned the sound on really loud.

"sydney?"

"what?"

"can we talk about what happened last week?"

"uh, what happened last week?"

"you don't remember what happened?"

"..no."

"you kissed me. remember now?"

"oh...that."

"yeah, well what did that kiss mean to you?"

"nothing i guess. i just wanted to show you i don't always do what ashton says. and because i wanted you to shut the fuck up. oh yeah, and i'm not little."

"you've already proved that to me, haha."

"shut up."

we laughed and continued to talk about random stuff.

we lost track of time, and we stopped when the guys stopped at level 17.

"calum, why are you talking to sydney?"

"cause i can."

"what are you trying to do, seduce her?"

"oh my god ash-"

"shut up syd, i wanna hear him say it."

"we were just talking about random stuff."

"like?"

"like the food, and her turning 18, and how much you suck at video games."

ashton gasped and i started laughing. we didn't actually talk about that, but it was really funny.

"why are you laughing at what he's saying?"

"because its funny."

"ash, i think they're planning on hooking up."
