"Yuu! You're going to be late for school unless you get up now!" Rei called sternly as Yuu shot up and got into her uniform.
"Oh no… I'm gonna be late!" Yuu thought to herself as she bolted down the stairs while struggling with her shoes at the same time.
"You better hurry, you only have fifteen minutes before the bell goes. Want me to give you a lift?" Rei asked cautiously.
"That would be much appreciated!" Yuu yelped as she sorted her hair out, getting her shoe on properly with her foot.
"Mom! Is it okay if I have a few more friends over this weekend?" Yuu asked cautiously.
"Who do you have in mind? How many more friends?" Her mother asked cautiously.
"I'm thinking four including Koyomi, if that's okay?" She asked as she finished with her hair and got breakfast in record time.
"Four? I'll have to speak to your father about that one. Four is a big number to add to the house." Her mother replied cautiously.
"I understand, but it's in regards to the student council play the council wants to perform, the others want to know if they can please use our house just for Friday?" Yuu asked again, pushing for a yes.
"You're very passionate about the council, aren't you?" Her mother asked with a chuckle.
"Yes! Well, I got to go, I'm so gonna be late! Bye mom!" Yuu said in a rush.
When she got to school, the bell rung as soon as she entered the classroom.
"Hey, Yuu. You were late today, everything okay?" Touko asked cautiously.
"Yes, everything's fine, I just overslept…" She said nervously, giggling a bit.
Timeskip to after school:
"Hey Yuu! Can we meet in the student council room for a minute?" Touko asked nonchalantly.
"Sure…" She said cautiously.
When she arrived in the council room, she saw Maki sitting in a chair.
"Where's the others?" Yuu asked cautiously.
"They're dealing with family matters, so they had to leave early." Touko said casually.
"So, you wanted to see us? Sorry to rush, but I need to get home within the hour because I just recieved a call that my dad is in hospital." Maki said cautiously.
"No problem, sorry to hear that." Touko said sympathetically.
"I'm so sorry to hear that, Maki…" Yuu said with sympathy.
"Thanks guys…" Maki said with stress evident in his voice.
"So in regards to the play and a place to discuss this throughout Friday, do we have anywhere we could stay as a group?" Touko asked sternly.
"My parents don't want girls over because they think I'll get up to something…" Maki said cautiously.
"Have you in the past?" Touko teased.
"What!? No! I'd never!" He replied defensively, getting flustured.
"I'm waiting for my mom to reply, but as soon as she does, I'll let you know." Yuu said casually.
As if on cue, her phone rang and she answered it.
"Hey mom." She said, getting a grin on her face.
"Really, thanks so much! No. I won't get up to anything! Okay, thanks so much. Bye." She said, causing everyone to look up with hope.
"And, what happened?" Touko asked sternly.
