Chapter 15

I start getting ready for the premiere. I'm in the bathroom curling my hair when I hear screaming in the other room. I run to see what is going on. When I enter the living room I see Jess and Haley arguing. "What is wrong!" I scream. I look at them and notice they are wearing the same thing. Leather pants and marvel tees. "You Guys look cute!" I say laughing. "No I look cute! I've had this outfit picked out for weeks now!" Jess screams. "I don't care! I got dressed first!" Haley screams back. "Okay, while you two fight like two year olds I'll be getting ready." I say walking back to the bathroom. I love my friends but Haley and Jess but heads more than anything. They are so similar it clashes! I finish curling my hair and do my makeup. I glam it up a little with a red and black smoky eye and a bright red lip. I pull out my outfit. I picked a blue skirt with a red short sleeve shirt tucked into it and I plan to wear my red converse and my leather jacket.

Once I'm done I check my make up and outfit. I'm very pleased with my look. I go out into the living room and find all three girls Drinking a glass of wine at the bar top. "Pour me one please! I need something to calm these nerves." I say walking toward them. My nerves have been crazy all day. I was trying to do my makeup and my hand kept shaking so bad I'm surprised it looks as good as it does. "You look amazing T." Kennedy says handing me a glass of wine. "I see you two figured out the outfit situation." I say laughing. "Yeah I came out here and Jess was trying to rip the shirt off Haleys back." I start laughing harder. "Well you guys look good." Jess stayed in her outfit, her hair curled but pulled into a pony tail.  Haley changed into red skinny jeans and black vintage Spider-Man shirt, she had Jess cut the back the same way she did mine the other day and it's so cute! She has her hair tied in a messy side braid. Kennedy's wearing her signature black skinny jeans with a blue shirt and a red jean jacket, half her hair pulled into top knot and the rest curled down her back.
"Thanks T- how you feeling? Are you ready for this?" Haley asks. I sigh and lean down on the counter. "My nerves are through the roof. But I'm excited to see the movie. And Tom wants to hang out after." They all look at each other. "So you guys are good?" Kennedy says nudging my shoulder laughing. "Yeah. I think so. We've been talking the last few days and I  know I really don't want to miss a chance to see where it could go. Like you guys said, I can't keep letting my past control me." Kennedy wraps her arm around my shoulder. "I'm proud of you T"

When we get to the premiere it's crazy. Fans screaming everywhere. We walk on the red carpet and I avoid all the people shouting my name. I just wanna watch the movie and be here to support Tom. Someone stops us to ask a few questions about how excited we are about the movie and how we enjoyed seeing the stars. Jess and Haley answer the questions happily, while I stand behind them trying to keep the attention off of me. I look down the carpet and see Robert get out of car. Fans start screaming and the attention turns to the cars arriving. A few cars come Chris Evans and Chris hemsworth show up to the carpet then a few other people. I look away admiring how all the fans are reacting. A few minutes later Kennedy taps on my shoulder. "Hey, look who's here" she says nudging me. I look up and see him as he walks on to the carpet. He's dressed in a complete maroon sport suit with black dress shoes. His hair is slicked back neatly and he's wearing a pair of glasses. "He looks like a tiny Tony Stark right now!" Jess says laughing. "I'm loving the suit. He looks good!" Haley says. "Yeah... he really does." I say quietly. We move down the carpet as the stars move closer, signing autographs and doing interviews. A few minutes later I look down the carpet looking for Tom. Once I find him my heart beats faster. He looks so good right now. I grab my phone and text him.
Me: Maroon looks good on you! 😉
I press send with a big smile on my face. A few minutes later when he finishes an interview he pulls his phone out. He starts looking around trying to find me. A few seconds later his eyes find me. A smile forms on his face instantly. "I'm thinking Spider-Man found his girl" Jess says giggling.

I don't text him back, trying to keep him focused on the interviews. The closer he gets to me the more nervous I get. He's now only a few feet away. We keep making eye contact and smiling like big idiots. "Girl you are a smitten kitten" Haley says pulling me down the carpet. "It's time to find our seats." She says as we walk into the theater. We find our seats in the front of the giant screening room. I bought these tickets months ago as soon as they went on sale so I got pretty good seats. On the seats is gift bag with a giant Spider-Man face. "Ooh swag bags!" Jess says opening hers! The bags are filled with different candies and slips for free drinks and popcorn. Kennedy and I opt to run out to get them. When we enter the lobby its pretty empty. Most of the fans are still outside so it's not crazy yet. We grab our drinks and popcorn and go to head back to our seats. When we get back we find an employee laying out reserved cards with faces on them. Beside me is Chris Hemsworth. Haley screams with excitement! "Omg! THOR!!" She claps her hands. Next to him is Chris Evans, then Jake Gyllenhal, and next to him, Tom Holland. "Omg! We get to watch the movie with the Avengers!!!!" Jess screams with excitement. "Guys calm down or they might kick you out!" I say laughing. I'm calm on the outside but let's be real I'm screaming on the inside! I'm going to be sitting next to THOR!!!

Thirty minutes later the theater is filled with fans screaming with excitement. Someone walks onto the stage in front of the big screen.
"It's that time guys! Thanks for choosing Regal Vegas as your choice premiere destination! The cast will be coming in a few minutes! Enjoy!" The fans start screaming. We join! This is just so exciting. A few minutes later Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr walk into the room. They wave at fans and make their way to their seats. "Oh my gosh!!!" Kennedy says smacking my arm as Hemsworth gets closer. "Ladies!" He says nodding his head and taking his seat. "You don't mind sharing an arm rest with me do you?" He says laughing. My face turns red and I nod. "Your freaking Thor of course she doesn't" Kennedy says from beside me. "Good" He says laughing. The girls squeal like little girls which only makes the men laugh more. "Nice to see you again Miss Tara, Miss Kennedy," Robert says taking his seat. "Wait! Your the Tara? As in the mysterious girl Tom can't shut up about?" Evans says laughing. My cheeks heat. "Yes sir." I say shyly. "Well girl you got that boy acting like a teenage girl!" Hemsworth adds. "He's a good guy" Evans says. They turn and look at the entrance right as a few men in black suits walk in and behind them is Jake Gyllenhall and Tom. "There's ya boy now." Evans says smiling. Fans start screaming and everyone stands clapping! "Thank you guys!" Jake says into the microphone once they get to the stage. "Thank you guys for coming tonight! We know your just as excited as we are for you guys to see this movie! I'm so honored to be able to play on screen beside such an awesome guy! Let's give it up for Spider-Man himself!" Jake says pulling Tom into a hug. "Thanks man! I'm so proud of this movie and hope you guys love it! I'm gonna shut up before I spoil something! Enjoy guys!" They finish up and walk toward their seats. My heart starts racing as I can feel him coming closer. I look up and our eyes meet. He smiles and takes a seat. A few minutes later Hemsworth stands up. "Holland, switch me man!" He says laughing. Tom stands and moves to sit next to me. I can't help but smiling. "Thanks man." He says fist bumping him. "Hey beautiful" He says leaning toward me. He plants a soft kiss on my cheek. "Don't be making out down there Holland" Jake says laughing. Tom chucks a piece popcorn at him and they both laugh. He turns back to me and smiles like a goofy boy. He leans forward "Kennedy, Jess, Haley, it's nice seeing you. You guys look beautiful!" He says smiling. "Thanks Tom" They says laughing. Jess giggles like a little girl. "He didn't hassle you to much did he" He laughs. "Who? Chris? No no. He was fine." I say laughing. "Though cap over there did mention you can't seem to shut up about our girl!" Kennedy says poking fun. "What can I say. She's just that amazing." He says winking.

The movie starts and I start crying instantly when I see the memoriam at the beginning. Tom wraps his arms around my shoulder and I lean over onto his shoulder crying like a crazy person. "It's okay baby." He says kissing my head, he looks over to find the girls a mess also and starts laughing. "Ladies! I'm fine!" Evans laughs leaning forward watching us  cry. The movie pauses. And Tom stands. "Sorry guys!! But we felt now was an appropriate time to give a giant thank you to the men that started all. RDJ and Chris Evans!" He says clapping. The room erupts with clapping and you can hear all the sobbing! The both stand waving at the crowd. They both hug Tom. A few minutes later they sit and the movie starts again. "I think everyone needed that, not just you" he says kissing my forehead. I grab his hand and he looks down then back to me smiling big.
