The next morning I wake up feeling hot. Too hot. I try to move but His arms are draped across me and our legs are wrapped together. I slowly untangle myself hoping not to wake him. He's had a busy week and I know he's only gotten a few hours of sleep each night. I make my way to the bathroom, grabbing his shirt off the floor on the way and grab my purse. I brush my hair and my teeth, and wash my face. I decide to order breakfast for us before he wakes. I've learned over the last few days what some of his favorite things are. I grab my phone and order. When I walk back into the bedroom he's still snoozing away. So I clean up a little, taking the cart of food from last night out to the hallway and cleaning up the clothes and trash around the room. Tom seems to be a messy person, which stresses me out a little. I'm a tad ocd and can't handle things being messy, unless it has to do with children. Those messes can be cleaned when they finish. I turn the coffee pot on in the little kitchenette in his room. The smell wakes him. "Good morning Sunshine." I say sitting down next to him and hand him a cup. He puts it down on the bedside table and pulls me down to lay with him. "Good morning Princess" He says kissing my forehead. "That was best sleep I've had in a long time. I'm gonna need you to just stay with me forever now." He says laughing. We lay there for a few minutes looking out the big window by the balcony. We hear a knock on the door. I stand up "I got it. Get some clothes on" I say laughing and throw his pants to him. "Where you going" He says pulling his pants on. I walk back into the room with the cart of food. "I went on and ordered breakfast. I figured you have to be outta here by 9, I wanted to make sure you got breakfast before you're run thin again today" he walks over to me and pulls me to him. "Your amazing." He says kissing me softly. "We can eat on the balcony, if you wanna take everything out, I gotta go to the Loo." He kisses my forehead and walks to the bathroom.
I take everything out to the balcony. I take a seat and just enjoy the view. The sun just came up a little bit ago so the sky still has some shades of pink and orange. The table has a couch like seat so I sit down on one end and wait for him to return.
A few minutes later he comes out on the balcony wearing a navy blue hoodie with "brothers trust" on the front, which is his charity he runs with his family and his joggers from last night. "Okay so what did you get?" He says pulling the lid off the plates. "Two poached eggs, toast, bacon and sausage! Thank you baby." He looks over at my plate. "What did you get?" He says with a confused look. "Sausage gravy over a Biscuit and a side of bacon and breakfast potatoes. I also ordered a bowl of mixed fruit for us too" I say moving the bowl closer to him. He grabs a grape and pops it in his mouth. "I've honestly never had sausage gravy over a biscuit. Well we call them scones but yeah." He says laughing. "It's kinda a southern staple for breakfast. Here try." I push my fork near him and he takes a bite. "So?" I say laughing. "Okay that's it, I'm moving to the south! Damn that's good" he takes another bite "I'll have to make you some homemade when you come visit me." I say snatching my fork back. He laughs "Do you cook a lot?" He asks. "I do. My grandma taught me. It was something we always did together every weekend growing up. When she passed away she made sure that I was the one that got her recipe boxes. She has tons of award winning recipes." I say smiling. "I can only imagine how much that meant to you" He says grabbing my hand. "It did. Cooking was kinda my get away growing up. I was bullied for my weight growing up. I was kinda chunky. In high school I got fed up with it and put myself on a strict diet, my granny helped me figure out ways to change certain ingredients in my favorite foods to make them healthy without compromising the flavor" I take a bite of my food remembering all the good times with my granny. "I can promise you, if you like this, you'll love my granny's." He smiles big "I can't wait to try it." He leans over and plants a sweet kiss on my lips. He moves my plate toward him and pulls me to him. "So my agent called me when I was in the loo." He says softly, a bit of pain in his voice. I look up at him and he frowns. "They changed my flight to tonight." I look down and feel disappointment fall over me. "What time?" I ask trying to keep the tears at bay. I knew he was leaving tomorrow, but I thought we would still have tonight. "My flight leaves at 9" he grabs my hand and kisses it. "I tried to get them to change it back but they added an interview with good morning American for tomorrow's world premiere." I try to keep myself from showing sadness but it's hard. A single tear falls from my eyes. I stay quiet because I know if I talk I'll start crying. He wraps his arms around me and we sit back. "I was really looking forward to spending tonight with you again. Because I don't know when the next time I'll see you." I say quietly I can feel the tears starting to fall. I burry my head into his hoodie "I know baby. I was too" He says holding me tighter. I'm not ready to say goodbye. This week has been a wild one. With all the bad that's happened all I can focus on is Tom. And how sweet he's been to me and how amazing he makes me feel. All the amazing things I've done this week. I don't want him to go.
We sit on the balcony for a while just holding each other. "Can I come by and see you tonight before I leave?" He asks softly. "I would be mad if you didn't." I laugh. He lifts my chin pulling my face to his. "You mean more to me than you'll ever know baby" my heart flutters at his words. A tear falls from my eyes.
After we finish eating we both go to get dressed. Grabbing my clothes from last night I walk into the bathroom and change. I end up only putting the shirt I had on last night and end up putting his joggers on instead of my skirt. It's still pretty early so naturally it's still cold out and I start shivering because when I walk out of the bathroom he has the balcony doors open. "Here take this" He says taking his hoodie off. I pull it on and sit down on bed. "Thank you." I say softly, he leans down and kisses me softly. I run my hand over his bare chest. My heart beats so fast just from touching him. He looks down at me watching my hand as it runs along his collar bone. I can feel his pulse quickening under my touch. His lips crash into mine once more. He puts one knee on the bed and we fall back, our lips never losing contact. His kiss becomes rough and sensual. As my lips part he slips his tongue into my mouth moving it in sync with mine. He leans us up, His hands find my hips and seconds later I'm sitting on his lap never breaking the kiss. I can feel him growing against me once again. The feeling alone sends pressure between my legs. Just as I start to rock against him, we hear a ringing. He breaks the kiss and puts his forehead against mine. "I should have known that was going to happen" he laughs. He kisses me again and I climb off his lap. He answers his phone. It's just his agent telling him when they will be here to get him. "I have about 30 minutes." He says when he hangs up. "Well then, you better get dressed." I say laughing pushing his shirt he picked out against his chest.
Once he's dressed he grabs all of his bags and Ralph comes to take them to his car so he doesn't have to worry about them later. Earlier when I helped him pack I felt my heart sinking knowing it would be awhile before I could see him again. He promised me it wouldn't be too long.
I walk down to the lobby with him and kiss him goodbye. "I'll see you later?" He says quietly as he tucks a lose strand of hair behind my ears. Something about the gesture warms my heart. I nod and he wraps his arms around me again. "We gotta go sir." Ralph says from the car. He kisses my forehead "I'll text you when I'm done. I'll come straight here. I promise" he kisses me softly and turns to walk to his car. After hes in Ralph shuts the door and Tom rolls the window down and blows me a kiss as he drives off. I feel numb. And empty knowing that in a few hours I really do have to say goodbye and I don't know if I'm ready.
