Steve helped you onto the quinjet holding you tightly and letting you cry onto his shoulder. Your head was pounding and the tears seemed to be never ending. "It's alright" Steve said stroking your hair "its ok" Steve cooed. "It's my fault" you said crying louder. Bucky walked up to you handing you some pain medicine "I know it hurts y/n but it's alright" Bucky said picking you up and hugging you tightly. "I miss him" you sighed out "we all do" Steve said.
Later that day
you had just arrived at yours and Tony's cabin. Steve, Rhode and Bucky were with you offering you their support. You were wearing one of Tony's jumpers and were eating a tub of your favourite ice cream. You finally finished the ice cream and went to put the empty tub in the bin when you tripped over something crashing into the floor. Looking down you saw a small box with a letter attached. Rhodesia, Bucky, Steve and Morgan all came rushing into the room to see what had happened. You opened the letter and saw big letters reading play me. You looked down at the box and saw a play button. You set up the box while the others sat on the couch seeing what you were doing "what is that" Steve said knocking you out of your concentration. "It's from tony" Steve nodded his head glumly and settled back into the couch. You pressed play and a hologram of tony appeared. The hologram looked around before saying "hey guys" your eyes started to water from hearing Tony's voice. "Y/n I know your their and I only want you to pla6 this message if I'm dead" the hologram said. "Everybody wants a happy ending. Right? But it doesn't always roll that way. Maybe this time. I hoping if you play this back, it's in celebration. I hope families are reunited, I hope we get it back and something like a normal version of the planet has been restored, if there ever was such a thing. God, what a world. Universe, now. If you told me ten years ago that we weren't alone, let alone, you know, to this extent, I mean, I wouldn't have been surprised, but come on, the epic forces of dark and light that have come in to play. And for better or worse, that's the reality Morgan's gonna have to find a way to grow up in. So I thought I better record a little greeting, in the case of an untimely death, on my part. I mean, not that death at any time isn't untimely. This time travel thing we're gonna try and pull off tomorrow, it's got me scratching my head about the survivability of it all. Then again that's the hero gig. Part of the journey is the end. What am I even tripping for? Everything's gonna workout exactly the way it's supposed to." The hologram said
Later that day
Steve was back at the avengers compound he was suiting up and getting ready to put the stones back in their correct timeline. He slid the suit on and looked at himself in the mirror he picked up the stones and walked towards the time travelling machine "you ready" said Bruce Steve nodded he was then zapped back into the battle of New York.
Steve had finally put all of the stones back except for one. He was now at shield base tony and him were both their "hey cap" said tony walking up to him "you don't make it" Steve blurted out. Tony looked towards the ground solemnly. "Take this" Steve said handing over the Pym particles. "But you'll be stuck here" said tony "it's ok" Steve said looking towards Peggy "it will be fine" tony nodded taking the particles and zapping into the future. Steve looked towards the spot were tony once stood and then turned around to find Peggy.
Their was a big flash from the time machine and smoke was leaking out from it. Looking up you saw tony. "Tony!!!" You yelled running up to hug him. "I miss you" you said nuzzling your head into his chest. "Don't worry I'm here now" you were excited to see tony again but noticed Steve wasn't their. "Where's Steve" you said "he decided to stay" Tony said you looked at Bucky wondering how he felt but he was looking off into the distance. "Sam I think it's for you" he said pointing to a man on the bench. Sam nodded before walking over "I'm sorry Bucky" you say pulling him into a tight hug. Bucky was trying to hide the tears falling down his face. Sam walked back holding captain America's shield "good job Sam" you said smiling at him. Bucky wiped his tears and started making his way to Steve. They talked for hours and Steve convinced Bucky he would be their for him whenever he needed him.
You and tony walked inside when he saw Morgan he picked her up and cuddled her into his chest. "I love you" tony said "I love you three thousand" she giggled back. Tony handed her to Sam "look after her for me" tony said. "Where are you going" Sam called back "to take my wife somewhere special".
When you were finally arrived at where tony was taking you you were on top of a hill overlooking the city. The soft city lights glowed brightly and you could see fireworks somewhere off into the distance. Their was a soft, cool breeze blowing lightly. "Tony this is beautiful" you said tony smiles behind you. You admire the lights for longer slowly intertwining your hands with his. Tony leans in and kisses you on the lips "I love you" "I love you too tony" you say snuggling into his lap and peppering his face with kisses. "I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you" said tony nuzzling his head into your neck. "Well now you can" you whisper into his ear and kissing him under the bright stars not caring who saw. "I love you three thousand".
