☆Y/N POV☆
It was currently ten at night, and my boyfriend, Alex, and I were wide awake. I stood on one side of the room making TikToks, and Alex was lying down on the couch, scrolling through his phone unamused. My phone was propped up with the help of a water bottle, and I made a few TikTok dance videos with Alex in the background.
Not to brag, but I have a decent amount of followers on the social media app. However, I don't take it seriously, but my followers can't help to think that I do. therefore, I have to keep up a regular posting schedule so I won't be canceled for not caring and not upsetting my followers.
After making the video, I watch it and decide if it's good enough to post to my 200k followers. I then add a caption: "when your bf doesn't give you attention." I click post, then the likes and comments immediately start to roll in.

I know it's embarrassing to think, but I can't help to wonder whether they're right. What if Alex thinks I'm too embarrassing to be around because I make these TikToks? What if he's unhappy in our relationship? What if Alex doesn't like me?
"Alex?" I ask quietly. He stops scrolling through his phone and looks over at me with a small smile.
"Yeah?"
"You don't mind being in my TikToks, right?" I asked uncomfortably because of the comments. They make me feel like Alex doesn't want to be in them or be with me.
"No, of course not. Why?" Alex asked, standing up and walking over to me.
"Oh, okay. It's just that the comments are saying that you don't look happy."
Alex scoffs and wraps his arms around me. He gives me a small kiss on my head and hugs me tighter.
"Don't listen to them, my love," he whispers into my ear. "I love your presence, and I love you. Please don't ever doubt that."
"I love you too," I whisper back, and he gives me a small kiss on my lips.
"How about this. Let's make a TikTok where I'm actually paying attention," he suggests. I smile and nod, looking through the different sounds and choosing one.
We both laughed as we saw the final product of the video. I clicked post, and I immediately got hundreds, and eventually, thousands of likes.

Alex and I smiled at the comments and we ran to the couch, where we flopped down and crawled on top of each other. I cuddled into his side, falling asleep to the sound of his beating heart.
