☆Y/N POV☆
"Remember when you were coming up to me at the park to ask me out, and then you fell on your face?" I said in between giggles. Mat rolled his eyes and chuckled while biting his lip.
"Not my proudest moment, that's for sure," Mat said with a small smile, cringing at the embarrassing moment.
"That was so good. I couldn't say no to the date you offered after that," I said.
"I'm glad you didn't," Mat said lowly. I smiled and bit my lip.
"Yeah, me too."
"Oh, do you remember the time when we went skating, and you fell in front of those kids who were skating behind you, and then you all just toppled over each other?"
"Unfortunately," I said with a smile. "I still have the scar on my leg from that kid who sliced it with his skate."
"Gross, you didn't have to make me relive that," Mat said, frowning a bit as he thought about that memory.
"I think you were in more pain than I was. You almost pounced on that poor child."
"Well, he hurt my girl. How was I just going to let him get away with it?"
"Mat, he was like twelve."
"So? He hurt you."
We both stared at each other for a few moments and then laughed. We both stopped laughing after a few moments and went back to staring at each other.
"Stop staring at me," I said with a slight smirk.
"I can't. You're irresistible," Mat said, returning the smirk.
"Yeah?"
"Mhm."
