{Silver's POV}

I had come out of the cabin, wearing boy's clothes like I normally did when I was on ships and then came the joke from Caspian.

"Excuse me young lad have you seen..." He said, but I smacked him hard, in the arm really hard, just before he could complete it again.

"Oh shut up." I said,  smacking him for the second time today, and he laughed at me.

Suddenly, as we were sailing, we heard shouting from the water. I looked out over the water.

"Caspian! People in the water." I shouted, and he dove in along with two more men, and I dove into the water with them, only to see it was Lucy and Edmund. "Lucy!"

I said smiling, and she looked at me.

"Edmund! It's Caspian!" She shouted, and I helped her up with Caspian, as I climbed up the side of the ship on my own.

I was shaking my wet body out, and I smiled as I saw that Lucy was up on a deck, and she hugged me tightly.

"That was thrilling." Lucy said, hugging me again. "How in the world now did you end up here?"

Caspian asked, giving her a blanket to throw over her shoulders.

Lucy was so excited to be here, that she wasn't letting go of me. "I have no idea." Lucy said, and I smiled.

"You've grown." I said, hugging her with one arm now. "So have you." She said, and I sighed.

"I grow when you and Edmund do now." I said, and she hugged me, and I smiled at her once again.

"Silver. Caspian."

I smiled at the other all too familiar voice. "Edmund." Caspian said, giving him a blanket.

Edmund hugged me tightly immediately after he saw me, and I smiled.

"You taller then Peter yet?" I asked, and he laughed at my first question, and he nodded. "By about an inch."

He said, and I hugged him again.

"It's great to see you both." Edmund said, and I felt his hand grasping mine and he looked at Caspian.

"Didn't you call for us?" Lucy asked, and I shook my head. "He didn't this time."

I said, my one hand in Ed's, and my other free arm around both of Lucy's shoulders.

"Well, whatever the case, I'm just glad to be here. And have our two favorite, people waiting for us."

Edmund said, and I heard a thin, hysterical wailing cry, and I plugged my ears, wincing at the noise.

"Get that thing off of me!" I heard the other boy cry out, and I saw that thing was actually Reepicheep. The mouse was now scampering back to us.

"Reepicheep!"

Lucy said, and the mouse looked up.

"Oh. Your Majesties." He said, fixing his sword belt, and bowing to them. I smiled at the chief.

"Hello, Reep. What a pleasure."

Edmund said, still standing next to me, smiling at the mouse and I looked at the two.

"The pleasure is all mine sir." I heard Reepicheep say, and I smiled down at him.

"But first, what to do about this rather hysterical interloper?" He asked, and I looked at him, then at Edmund.

"That giant rat thing... just tried to claw my face off!" The boy said, and I looked at Edmund and Lucy.

"Who is he?" I asked, and they both looked at me. "Our cousin. One and only Eustace Scrubb." Edmund said, sounding disgruntled beyond belief.

"That bad?" I asked, and he nodded.

"Yes Silver. That bad." He said.

"I was merely trying to expel the water from your lungs sir!" Reep said, and Eustace looked terrified.

"It talked! Did you see? Did anyone just hear that, it just talked!"

Eustace said, pointing, an extremely, and very much trembling finger at the face of Reepicheep.

"He always talks."

I said, and Eustace looked like he was about to pass out. I smiled at Caspian, who knew what I was thinking.

"Actually it's getting him to shut up, that's the trick." Caspian said, and I bit my lip to keep from laughing hard for the sake of Reepicheep's dignity.

"The moment there is nothing to be said Your Highness... I promise you, I will not say it." Reepicheep said.

"I don't know what kind of prank this is, but I want to wake up right now!" I heard Eustace say.

I looked at him and then at Edmund who was just snorting with laughter at his cousin's words.

"Perhaps we could just throw him back in sir?" Reepicheep said and Edmund seemed to be quite seriously and very heartlessly considering it.

I was ready to be seeing it done, I mean I was already sick of him and his relentless shouting.

"Edmund!"

Lucy said, smacking her brother in the arm hard to stop him from giving the order to do so.

"I demand to know, right now! Just where in the blazes am I?!" Eustace shouted, and was faced with one of the Minotaurs. "You're on the Dawn Treader. The finest ship in Narnia's navy."

The mighty minotaur said to his question, and immediately after he finished.

Eustace fainted onto the deck, and I busted out laughing with no remorse whatsoever in my tone.

I chuckled as Caspian went over.

"Was it something I said?" The Minotaur asked, and I chuckled, as he walked over.

"See to him will you?"

Caspian said, and the Minotaur nodded to him quickly.

"Your Majesty." Minotaur said, and nodded again, as he turned back to Eustace.

"Men..." Caspian said, and looked at all of his men from atop the stairs.

"Behold our castaways. Edmund the Just, and Lucy the Valiant. High King and Queen of Narnia." Caspian said.

The entire ship knelt, and I went down as well, bowing my head, and I felt Lucy's arms around me.
