{Silver's POV}

I walked with Coriakin, while Edmund and Lucy followed just behind us with Caspian.

I felt Edmund move up to my side, and I looked at him. "Are you scared or something?"

I asked, and he looked at me.

"I'm not answering that."

He said. "What did you mean when you said that you made them invisible for their own good?" Lucy asked.

"It seemed the easiest way to protect them... from the evil."

Coriakin said as I saw Edmund and Caspian, exchange quick looks. "You mean the mist?" Edmund asked.

"I mean what lies behind the mist." I heard Coriakin, and I looked at him as I raised my eyebrows.

The map rolled out, and I narrowed my eyes at it as I saw the centaur with a horn in the corner.

"That's quite beautiful." Eustace said, and we all looked at him. "I mean. For a make-believe map of a make-believe world."

He said, and Edmund rolled his eyes. I looked at Edmund, who had my hand, and I watched the map.

"There is the source of your troubles. Dark Island." Coriakin said, and I felt a trembling, and I saw that it was Ed.

"A place where evil lurks. It can take any form. It can make your darkest as dark dreams come true. It seeks to be corrupting all goodness."

Coriakin said, and I felt Edmund's grip shaking and slipping. "I've got you." I said very quietly, under my breath, and he nodded.

"How do we stop it?" Lucy asked, her voice determined, as Coriakin looked at her.

"You must break its spell. That sword that you now carry." He said, pointing at Edmund's.

"There are six others."

He said, and Edmund looked at me, and I nodded. "Have you seen them?" I asked, and he looked at me.

"Yes." He said. "The six lords, they passed through here?" Caspian asked, looking at Coriakin carefully.

"Indeed." The Island man said.

"Where were they headed?" Caspian asked. "Where I sent them." Coriakin said and walked quickly to his side, of the map once again.

"To break the spell... you must follow the Blue Star, to Ramandu's Island." I watched him as he spoke.

"There, the seven swords, must be laid at Aslan's table. Only then can the their true magical power be released."

"But beware, for you are all about to be tested now." Coriakin said.

"Tested?" Lucy said, and I let out, a low growl at the man moved closer to Lucy.

I let out a low and savage growl.

"Stay away from the High Queen."

I said coldly as I released Edmund's hand, and went for my sword quickly instead.

"For until, you lay down the seventh sword, evil has the upper hand. It will do anything... and everything now in its power to tempt you. Be strong."

He said, and I let out a low growl.

"Don't fall to temptation."

Coriakin said, now moving closer to Caspian, and I reached for my dagger instead, knowing that it had a much faster attack.

"To defeat the darkness out there, you now first, must defeat the darkness in the inside of yourself." Coriakin said.

I looked at the others as we watched the Blue Star, until we had to leave, as we walked back to the ship, and came on.

I was in the cabin with Caspian, Edmund, and Drinian, and I was hanging onto the side of the seat.

I was also quite embarrassingly, also bracing myself against the wall, and whenever the ship, was brutally tossed around, I always toppled straight into Edmund.

"Sorry."

I said for the umpteenth time, as I slammed into him again for what was most likely the 40th time.

He looks at me and instead of letting me go to a wall again, he just braced me against his side. "Thanks." I said.

"Not a problem." He said, and I saw Drinian looking at us. "Sorry." I said, and he looked at me.

"So, we're stuck here... now at half rations, with food and water for two more weeks, maximum."

Drinian said, and I snorted, and he looked at me. "This is your last chance to turn back, Your Majesties." He said.

"There's no guarantee we'll spot the Blue Star anytime soon not in the case of this bloody storm. Needle, in a huge haystack, trying to find this Ramandu, place. We could sail right past it, and off the edge of the world."

Drinian said. "Or get eaten by a sea serpent." Edmund said, and I leaned against him, as a particularly, huge wave came, knocking us around.

"I'm just saying, the men are getting nervous." Drinian said, and I looked at him. "He was serious Drinian."

I said, feeling Edmund shaking slightly, and it wasn't just from the storm raging outside.

"These are strange seas we're sailing... the likes of which, I've never seen in it before." Drinian said.

"Well then perhaps, Captain, you would like to be the one to explain to Mr. Rhince, that we're abandoning the search for his family."

Caspian said, standing up to face him.

"The sea can play nasty tricks on the sailors minds. Really nasty ones you, both." Drinian said, and walked out.

I was lying in my hammock next to Edmund's.

I was shaking, and I felt, as if now my Father, was now standing over me.

"No." I whispered, and shook in my sleep, as I ran away from the shape of my father, who was followed, by none other then Jadis.

I cried out, and I ran, yelling for someone to help me as I did run, as fast as I could. Now, I tried to shift but I couldn't. "Someone help me!" I shouted.

I screamed myself awake, and Edmund sat up quick, and I was shaking in my hammock.

Suddenly, he unsheathed his sword, and I knew he had seen Jadis. I was hugging my knees tightly, and I was rocking.

He sheathed his sword, and came over to hug me. "Silver." He said, and I looked at him.

"What did you see?" I whispered, and he looked at me, and wiped a tear off of my face.

"Her." Edmund said, and I looked at him and nodded. "Maugrim. And her." I whispered.

"Hey. They are both dead." Edmund said, and hugged me tightly. "They can not hurt us anymore." He said.

"Edmund." Lucy said, and I jumped and snarled at her. "I'm sorry." I said, and shook my head. "Oh, Lucy."

He said, and I looked at both of them, and Caspian sat up quick, with a gasp.

"I can't sleep." Lucy said, and I shook my head, shivering. "Let me guess bad dreams?"

Edmund said, looking over at Caspian, and I looked at Lucy. "So, either, we're all going mad.. or something is having fun playing with our minds." Edmund said, and I lay back next to him and I shivered slightly as I tried to rather unsuccessfully fall asleep again.
