{Silver's POV}

"It looks uninhabited. But if the Lords were sailing and following the mist to the east they would've stopped here."

Caspian said, and I nodded. "Could be a trap." Drinian said and I nodded as I agreed.

"Or it could hold some answers."

Edmund said, and looked at me, and I shrugged at him knowing the decision did not rest with me.

"Caspian?" Edmund asked.

"We'll spend the night on shore. Scour the island in the morning." He said, as I nodded. "Reasonable." I said.

"I'll set up one of my wolves on guard when we run aground." I said, and he nodded. "Aye. Your Majesty."

Drinian said, and soon we were on the ground, and we were all asleep on the ground except for me.

I saw deep footprints on the ground, and I frowned, and growled savagely, and a random voice said something.

"These ones are female. So is the growling one." Voices said, from it seemed like everywhere at once.

"This one reads." One of the voices said and now opened the book next to Lucy's head.

"So can I. I am her Protector. Take me." I said coldly, and growled again, at the invisible people or things.

"We take both." The first voice said, and suddenly I was dragged away and Lucy was also.

Our mouths were both covered, and I drew my sword, as soon as when they dropped me.

Lucy drew her dagger, but it was gone in an instant and when she went for it she was thrown back.

"There is no escape." One of the voices said, the first one I think. "Well put." A different one said. "Scary."

A third one said.

"What are you?"

Lucy and I said, speaking together for the first time in a long time, and I still held my sword.

"Scary Invisible Beasts!"

One of the voices said and I sighed.

"The way of which that you are speaking, tells me that actually... you aren't." I said.

"How dare she!" One said, and I was smacked to the ground, and I let out a loud growl.

"Uh oh. I think you made her angry."

I heard one of them say, and I felt rage in me, like nothing that I had ever, felt before. "Silver..."

Lucy started to say, and suddenly a door opened, and I was shoved into it quickly. "Silver!"

Lucy cried out for me, as the doors slammed shut behind me, and I was in the middle, of a very much, quite weirdly decorated room.

{Lucy's POV}

"What have you done with her?" I cried out, and I had the sense that they were all thinking about what they were going to say.

"We need her to go find a spell. She can read, she'll find it eventually." I heard one say.

"Now go back to your camp, and go get back to sleep." The first voice said, and I picked up my dagger, and ran.

I ran all the way back to the camp, and I immediately found Edmund, and began to shake him, hard.

"What?!" He asked, snapping awake.

"I think something took Silver." I said, and he was immediately shaking, and he grabbed his sword, and I stood up.

I woke up Caspian next, who woke the others up in quick succession. I felt my heart breaking for Edmund, who looked terrified for Silver.

I didn't know what had happened to them both, inside the dungeon in the slave trader's dungeon, Narrowhaven.

But I did know that it had drawn them closer, but not so close as to have my elder brother.

Who had never shied away, or let his fear take control of him, now looking so terrified of losing her, that he was, shaking like a leaf.

I hugged him, as he looked at the tracks on the ground. "We need to find Silver."

Edmund said, shaking hard. "We will Edmund." Caspian said, laying a hand gently on his shoulder.

"Before these... beasts..."

He started to say something, but switched his words quickly with a glance at Gael.

Who was waking up only now.

"Before they do something absolutely horrible to her." Edmund said, and he stood up, and he noticed that, Loyalty had been left on the ground.

"That wasn't there before." He said, and I shook my head. "It went, with Silver, so how did she get it out?"

I wondered out loud.

"She didn't. There are huge footprints in the ground next to it." Caspian said, and Edmund drew his sword, looking around.

I grabbed for Loyalty, but it was dragged away. "What are you?" I heard Edmund say.

"Big Invisible Beasts!"

The first one said. "What did you do with Silver?" Edmund snapped at the seemingly empty air.

"She went into the mansion."

The voice said.

"What mansion?" Edmund said. "This one." The voice said, and suddenly the mansion had appeared.

I saw that with a man was Silver, walking with an empty sheath by her side. "Edmund." I said quietly.

"Silver." Edmund said, and walked over to her, and hugged her tightly. I smiled, and I handed Loyalty back.

Silver took it, and sheathed it back on her hip. "Oh. That mansion." Edmund said, and Silver hugged him again.

Then he looked at her.

"You alright?"

He asked, and she shrugged.

{Silver's POV}

"You know I am really now getting tired of you all leaving me behi..."

Eustace said, and stopped. "It's the pig! The pig had come back." One of the small things said.

"This place just gets weirder and weirder." Eustace said, and I snorted at him. "Calling us weird."

I muttered under my breath, and I held my dagger securely in my hand now, feeling a lot better, to be back with my own people.

"Your Majesty."

The man said, putting a hand over his chest and heart. "Caspian, Edmund." I said, and the man nodded at them.

"This is Coriakin. It's his island." I said, and they bowed to him slightly. "That, is just what he thinks!"

One of the small creatures said.

"You have wronged us, magician." I heard a the Chief say, and Coriakin looked at him.

"I have not wronged you. I made you invisible for your own protection." He said, and the Chief snorted.

"Protection? That's Oppressive!"

He shouted. "OPPRESSOR!"

The rest of the bouncy things said, and he threw a bunch of small stuff at them, and they ran.

"What were those things?"

Eustace said and Coriakin looked at him. "Dufflepuds." He said to him, and Eustace sighed. "Right of course. Silly me." He said, and followed all of us.
