𝕱orgotten just as the rest of the slops, the daughter of the manic Queen of Hearts wasn't as lucky as the four who got to go to Auradon. Not that she would've cared much to attend Auradon Prep, but the fact that they got chosen irked her.

On the Isle of the Lost, everyone knew her name, her story, and her mother. The insane woman, who's obsessed with red hearts, was well known amongst the low lives. The Queen of Hearts was someone not to mess with, and for many years, the woman was left alone with just her daughter in her company.

Quinn Hearts is the rightful princess of Wonderland, regardless of what anyone says. She was meant the throne had it not been for Alice overthrowing her mother. Quinn rolled her eyes at the mere thought. It was disappointing because Quinn never got to reign; no thanks to Alice. That brat revoked her mother's royal status, but no matter what anyone says, Quinn is the princess of Wonderland.

To prove her point, the Queen of Hearts refused to remove her crown, fighting everything in her bones to keep the gold object on her red hair. Not that anyone bothered to take it from her; it didn't matter to anyone. Besides, the Queen of Hearts is bats-crazy, so nobody would be able to get through to her.

I guess you could say that's where Quinn gets her fantastic personality, probably because the Queen of Hearts is constantly spewing out insults or commands to the two morons she orders around. Sometimes, Quinn hears her mother screaming nonsense about Alice and the Mad Hatter at random hours of the day.

Now, here Quinn was, staring at the screen as the four VKs appeared. The host was talking so highly about them Quinn couldn't help but sneer at the dingy TV.

While the Isle had been as torturous for Quinn, the four villains had been living it up in Auradon. While she endured loud insults from her annoying mother, they got to explore Auradon without the barrier that the Isle has. If anyone deserves the luxury on the other side, it was Quinn. She had to live with her mother for seventeen tortuous years, never proud of Quinn or sharing any affection.

It sucked.

And every time Quinn had to see their faces on the TV, she shook with pent-up rage, and just like the Red Queen, Quinn isn't good at coping with her emotions. Quinn's empty heart was practically black with hate and twisted with jealousy. To think, this was her old gang. The people who turned their backs on the villains. They were supposed to free them.

"Ugh!" Quinn tore her throat with a high-pitched scream. She flung the scraps of her food hard into the TV. A gift from Auradon. "Traitors!"

They left her alone. They made a fool out of her--out of Uma!

But then Evie's soft face appeared on the screen, smiling and posing with her new dresses; Quinn saw red. Quinn screamed angrily to herself, throwing her plate at the TV and then rattling on the ground.

"Oh, off with your heads!" Quinn cried out while glaring at Evie's smug face.

Ugh, her clothes are so cute--no! Stop it! Focus, Quinn!

But then her mood shifted, somewhat calmer and almost dreamy. "I can't wait until we get off this stupid island. I'll see you again," Quinn couldn't help but admire Evie. Her lips curled in a creepy smile, and her voice suddenly sweet, her deadly. "And when we do, I can't wait to hurt you like you hurt me."

"Would you quit all that yapping!" Quinn glowered and huffed in annoyance, rolling her eyes as she groaned loudly for her mother to hear. "I can't have one descent beauty sleep without your obsession with that girl."

The Queen of Hearts had her nose stuck in the air while staring down at Quinn like she was better than her. This was a usual occurrence between the two. And, of course, her mom was wearing one of her old dresses from Wonderland--a red, black, and yellow gown with a ton of mismatched patches of fabric. It clashed horrendously, but her mom never listened when Quinn told her it was outdated. There sat on her head was the small crown she adored. It was slightly bent from the time Jay tried stealing it.
