The Demons Wife [Meliodas]

Y/N's P.O.V

Dreyfus drops his sword and lowers to his knees, "I admit defeat. Kill me," He said with sorrow.

"W...Why?!" Howzer yells.

"Oh Howzer, you're here too?" I say and Meli pulls me into him letting out a light chuckle.

"After that incident, Henderickson changed. I never knew he'd be so mad as to attempt to revive the Demons, though." Dreyfus began to tell us and we all gave him our full attention, "By and by, the crack between us became a gulf. As a warning against me betraying him, he killed my son. Though I suppose it was my own actions that brought his demise," Dreyfus says and I have to say that I do feel for him, even if he believes his son is dead when he isn't, "I don't know how this happened. I just wanted to be a father my son could be proud of," He says looking at the ground.

"Griamore's alive," Meli says and the grandmaster begins to cry, "It's all over then. The matter's settled!" Meli declares and looks at me with a smile before kissing me softly.

I kiss back, wrapping my arms around his neck lightly before he pulls back resting our foreheads together. 

King Barta starts to cough up blood, "Your Majesty?!" People call out and we all turn to him worried. 

"Step aside," Merlin says and everyone back away from the King. She hovers her hand over his face, "He's extremely weak. We must return to Camelot with him to administer treatment," Merlin says and Elizabeth shows worry in her expression.

"It's okay Elizabeth, do you remember the vision I told you about?" King Barta says and Elizabeth looks at Merlin.

"Sister Margaret, I think we should let Miss Merlin take father to treat him," Elizabeth says looking at her older sister.

"If you say so Elizabeth," Margaret nods, trusting her sister's words. 

"Rest assured, Princess Elizabeth. I will do everything in my power to do just that," Merlin tells her and start picking Barta up, "Let's go, Arthur," Merlin looks at him. 

"Ah... Wait!" Arthur says and looks at Meli before rushing to him and grabbing his hand, "Meliodas! It was fate's design that led us to each other! Please! Lend me your strength as the Grandmaster of the Holy Knights of Camelot!" Arthur says. 

I look at the two of them shocked and Arthur looks at me then Meli determined. Meli removes his hand from Arthur, "Sure! If I ever feel like it," Meli says and Arthur looks shocked, "We have rescued Elizabeth and saved Liones as well as cleared our names," Meli looks at me and grins, "If she still wants that. There's also cleaning up the town and my Boar's Har tavern to consider. I can't just up and leave right now," Meli says then looks at him with a grin, "There's one more adventure I need to take with my wife first."

"Another adventure with Y/N?" Arthur questions. 

"And this time, they won't be taken," Meli smiles and Arthur looks like he realised when Meli meant and I end up blushing. 

"He dodged that one well," Merlin says as Arthur asks Meli if it's a promise.

"Merlin, what about you? Aren't you going to rejoin us?" Meli asks.

Merlin smirks at him, "If I ever feel like it," She respeaks the Meli just did as she teleports away with Arthur and King Barta.

Everyone comments about Merlin leaving just as soon as we meet up with her again and King mentions that Meli and I should have asked about 10 years ago. 

Meli flicks his forehead, "Why didn't you remind me sooner?" Meli asked.

"Oh, so it's my fault now?!" King asks slightly annoyed.

"Hmm... Sir Meliodas, someday will you really leave?" Elizabeth asks and the castle is split in two. Meli grabs Elizabeth and me as we fall to the ground.

I land carefully and Meli helps Elizabeth to the ground off a boulder, "All alright Elizabeth?" He asks her.

"Yes, but what on earth happened?" She asks him, standing fairly close but he just looks away from her. 

Jericho and Gulia both start screaming, "Captain, Y/N..." King says and I look up to him, "I can feel inky blank magic flowing out from within them," King tells us. 

"Yeah. They were New Generation Holy Knights," Meli says looking at the two female Holy Knights, "This is bad. This is probably the same as the transformation that attacked Dale!" Meli glared at the direction, not towards the girls, but to the magic that was flowing out of them, "The demon blood if out of control!"

Jericho's demon blood had awakened she was from her shoulders up, out of the chest of a demon. Diane stood up and stopped Demon Jericho from attacking, she gripped hold of Demon Jericho's had.  

"DIANE!" King yells and goes to help Diane out. 

"King! What are you going to do?!" Elizabeth asks.

"To kill Jericho! Diane shouldn't be pushing herself so much!" King says.

"I'm... fine! More importantly what's happening to Guila and the others?!" Diane tells him.

"I think the demon blood inside the New Generation Holy Knights is going berserk!" King tell her.

"No." Meli says looking at the Demon Jericho, "Something's making them go berserk," He adds.

"Captain... Do you mean somebody's provoking this?!" King asks.

"Don't you think it's off that all the New Generations would start going berserk at the exact same time?" I question.

"You're perceptive as ever. The New Generations were those humans who couldn't be Holy Knights. They were failures," A voice tells us, "In their hearts was an inferiority complex against Holy Knights and anger at their own powerless selves. Their negative feelings react to the demon blood to create magic. But an ancient incantation spurred the demon blood to go berserk the one time. Their frail egos are swallowed up in the black muddy waters and their bodies are taken over," We all look to see someone walking to us.

Instantly Meli pushes me behind him, his hand on my hip as the other points his sword to the person. 

"It...It's you!" King says as he looks at the person.

"HENDERICKSON!"
