                                                                                          Your pov

I realize I left my jacket upstairs. As I head up the steps I hear another sound. It's a glass window shuttering. A do a vault off the stairs as I run back to the kitchen. The first thing I notice is the kitchen window open. I shut it, but then my nose leads me to something on the table.

...It's a fresh plate of pancakes? They're still warm. They even have little blueberries on top. I look outside the window, and to no avail, no one was in sight. I look back at the pancakes still in confusion. I haven't had a good breakfast in ages, so who am I to complain? Besides, I don't think they took anything, they just left these here. I stride back upstairs to get my jacket and go back down, having the best pancakes I've had in a while.

                                                                         (little time skip woosh)

I meekly follow the crowd into the school, but I hear some sobbing? It's coming from the other side of the hedge. I anxiously look around before sneaking around the corner. I see a yellow leg? No, a yellow fur-coated leg with cute pink paws at the neck of the foot. I lean in a little closer. "H-Hey, are you alright?"

                                                                                            ??????'s pov

"H-Hey, are you alright?" I hear a weak voice behind as my crying ceases. Out of reflex, I flip around from the floor and backhand him hard on the head, ending it with a loud "THWACK" as he falls to the floor. It took me a minute, but that's the human I knew! I start panicking. What if he's seen too much of me? No, he won't remember, or will he? Thoughts swirl around my head as I clear them up. I need to get out of here. I take a knee and pick up his head, kissing it. "Sweet dreams (Y/n)" I say as I lay him down, speeding out of the place
