Ella walks in her garden when she hears footsteps but pretends to not noticed and tends to her flowers delicately as one does her child with her hair cascading in waves to her waist,baby blue gown highlighting her clear skin with minimal makeup but looking like a true queen with a small smile on her face
Atenna walks towards the queen arrogantly wearing a red gown looking beautiful with her brown hair up in an updo with her princess crown sitting beautiful with a perfect make up accentuating her round face and highlighting her features, looking like a beauty indeed that any man would feel proud to have but she was a proud girl who had never cared for anything
" My king,my beloved, says that I should be part of the queen council,and to that I dare you to forbid me as we all know the king's word is the law"she commanded making Ella smirk but hid it well that one can mistake it for a scrowl
" You forget Atenna who I am,who weilds the power between us,who is the crowned queen and who hostess the other,have you forgotten your place already,stay in line" Ella said confidently with a little anger and arrogance making Atenna shake with suprised as she had this domination aurora around her that she fears could sentence her but she was indeed the crowned one but couldn't show fear especially since her plan could fail
" I didn't know you had it in you" she sneered hatefully as she couldn't bare the thought of she ruling her
" I labeled you a guest in my house,you have no right to tell me what to do,I may be sick but am more than capable but do not tempt me as I may hurt you and i weld the power here" Ella said with spitting fire in her eyes but with calmness and grace of a queen with wisdom and knowledge
" Really" Atenna was lost for words as she never expected this from her,she was used to people telling her how weak,calm,polite she was but never this arrogant,fierce and confident
" And I QUEEN ELLA OF NAVAEH FORBIDE YOU FROM ENTERING THIS GARDEN AGAIN OR YOU WILL BE EXECUTED"she said with venom but held her heart in pain as she tumbled down weakly
" You can never take my place in the heart of my king nor my people" Ella said softly on the verge of tears but refused to show weakness and so did her tears
" Leave" Ella commanded her softly with tears rolling on her face but refused to show pain on her face so it was blank
" We will see" Atenna challenged smugly as she turned round to leave
Ella moaned in pain as her maids rushed to her as soon as Atenna left and called the guards to carry her to her room in a queen palaquin and called her doctor
She sat on her bed and started thinking of her next plan when her doctor Libby entered and bowed
" Your majesty,part one of the plan is complete what about the next plan" she asked the smug looking queen
" I have it covered,all you have to do is follow our plan" she said calmly and thankfully making her smile at her queen in awe as she applied her make up
They heard a knock as the doctor opened the door to let them enter but signed for them to be quiet
" Our queen is terrible sick so please take care of her and give her the prescribed medication and she will be well soon or we will face the kings anger" she told the maidens making them nod scared and apologetically for failing to protect their queen but some was remorseful but one was delighted and other sad with good determination to help their queen recover
" I will take my leave my queen but I pray for your good health" she said and bowed to the paled queen and left
" Call in Elder Edward and Cecils" Ella commanded softly
She started coughing blood as the maids rushed to do her bidding making the two elder enter when she was dressed and cleaned up
" Long live our queen" they greeted once the queen entered bowing making her nod in curtesy
" Thank you for hono...uring my invite but ...I called to inform you to follow the plan wi...thout me ... as am... not well but the...work shall be moni...tored" she said in between cough making them nod apologetically with understanding and pity for their Queen but knew that the king would go ballistic when he finds out
" It shall be done your majesty,you can count on us"they said making her smile with gratitude as they both left with good intention
Atenna was very happy to hear the queen has finally fallen I have just started,don't worry it shall end soon,she promised wickedly
" I will give both of you a hundred silver pieces for you helping in making my plan possible" she praised the two maidens who grinned at the mention of money,they informed the princess everything that goes on in the palace or at the Queen's and helped poison her everyday
" No need Princess we are privileged to be on the winning team"one gushed with appreciation and greed but took the money
" Now back to our next plan,we take over the kingdom and I swear you will be remembered and honoured for your help" she said calmly to the girls as they nodded and listened to the next plan
