It's been five weeks that the king left for war,there had been no news of them,the queen is devastated but she tries to do her best for the people but all can see,the king took part of her as he went away with seven thousand soldiers
Her day had been the same,she takes her bath and have breakfast in her room then she tours around the castle and see everything and everyone is okay,she goes to the throne room and give justice to the people who have been wrong and settle disputes among the people and goes to her garden
The garden is her only consolation,she misses him too much and there was more to go
Ella was standing in her garden looking at the beautiful view, when one of her maiden run in and bowed out of breath making her alarm
" Good day,your Highness" she said as she nodded after some seconds when she was able to talk
" what has happened that has left you breathless"she asked softly making the maids eyes to soften at the kind nature of their queen,she was even worried about them too when they were only doing their duties
" A princess had arrived in the name of the king" she said making her nod and turn around to leave the garden making the maid to follow her to the royal gates
"Her majesty the queen" a guard announced when he saw her as the people bowed when the queen arrived
" Arise" she commanded softly but firmly making the princess get down from her carriage as she curtised to the queen
" Greeting to the queen of Navaeh,may your land be filled with prosperity" she said humbly and politely but she was fuming in anger and embarrassment
' why should I bow in front of this filthy woman' she thought harzardly
She asked for the seal and the stamp they hold,it was a peaceful one and it had the kingdom's emblem and stamp on it making her nod
" thank you,you may enter my abode ...."
" Princess Atenna Dynasty of the Dynasty kingdom"she completed for her
" You may enter Princess Atenna" the queen said as she led the way,she sat on her throne as her eunuch started speaking
" The queen welcomes you into her kingdom" he announced making them bow in humility
" You may state the purpose of your visit" he asked them
" I princess Atenna was requested to be the king's second wife and was made to come to the palace even in the king absence, I fear my life so I can't ignore but come" she said sadly but hopeful making the queen heart to break and on the verge of breakdown but she willed herself to stay firm and strong and not let her people to see her weakness
The people gasp as they knew their king loved their queen too much to do so but on could never know what goes on so they kept quiet but showed angry faces
" Where is the proof of what you are saying but remember, lying against the king is a crime punishable by death" she said making the princess nod solemnly but gave the letter to the guard when the queen stretch her hand for the letter as she knew she didn't want anyone to know what is going wrong until the king returns to address this case
" My sweet wife and queen,how are you? How is your health, please do take care of yourself so I can relax Am missing you terribly it hurts How is our garden and how is the kingdom,I always knew you were a born queen

She said as she appointed two maids for her as she stood up and went to her room and weep for her broken heart, but for now she trusted her husband and had faith in his love but couldn't stop her tears as it still hurts
