Lyn's PoV
Today's the day that we'll have to go to Javielyn Resort which is in Parañaque, Mr. Fuentes gave us an exception for being absent for the whole week. Right now we are waiting for the minibus to stop in the entrance and I still can't believe what Alex said to Mr. Fuentes I mean we aren't together anymore so why didn't he said the truth.

"Why didn't you tell Mr. Fuentes the truth? That we aren't going out anymore." I used the cold tone to him but he didn't look affected in any way.

"It's going to be a waste Lyn, look we were given a chance to be on a vacation for the whole week and I can't put on waste the money that Mr. Fuentes spend just for this invitation. So let's just enjoy this short vacation." He had a point but still instead of lying why didn't he even just said the truth that we aren't going out anymore.

"Next time Alex, if we are given another chance to be on a vacation as a couple says the truth that we aren't a couple anymore, I can't stand seeing you for the whole week." I go down the stairs and went to the cashier with him following behind me.

"Welcome to Javielyn Resort! I'm Anjie Amira Stone, what can I help you with today?"

"Ah yes, we were invited to this resort by Asher Fuentes of Fina Catholic School." She looked and scroll at the screen and later faced us again.

"Ms. Own and Mr. Rale, yes we were informed that Mr. Fuentes wanted you two to have time alone as a couple, away from the stresses and away from the crowd. Your room is 410, 3rd floor, the elevator is on the right, here is your individual keys and I hope you'll enjoy your time with us." She handed us the keys.

"Wait, only one room?" I was a bit confused with what I've heard that's why I asked.

"Yes, Ms. Own is there a problem with that?" 

"Um, can I have another room?" 

"I'm sorry Ms. Own but we are full for the week." I just smiled bitterly and nod. I CAN'T SLEEP IN THE SAME ROOM AS HE'S IN! 

We went to the elevator as she said and pressed the 3rd.

"Look Lyn if you want you can have the bed and I'll just sleep on the floor."

"It's alright we can share the bed just put something in between." The elevator opened and we both step out.

"406, 407, 408, 409, 410! This is the room." He opened the door and there lay one king-sized bed and a glass wall that can see the outside view.

"So in the closet, yours is the left and mine is the right." I opened the closet and put my bag in it, I didn't pact that much and neither him.

"Well I'll be looking around for a bit, you can come if you want." And since I knew that he doesn't like being alone he followed me out.

"Wow, what a beautiful flower." I was admiring the flower while he does I don't even know and I won't bother looking.

"Yes, you're right, it is beautiful. A very beautiful one." Now I am looking at him and he walks closer to me.

"You have always been the most beautiful and different of all the flowers I've seen on the lawn." He's standing in front of me now.

"I'm sorry Alex, but I have to go." I ran away from him, from where we were, I saw ashore not that far, I sat at the sand not even thinking if I'll get my shorts with sand or not.

"Pretty girls shouldn't be alone in a place like this, they can get lost or worse get hurt especially the newcomers." I looked up and saw a young boy just around my age.

"Who are you?"

"My name doesn't matter and you, the pretty girl shouldn't be crying. Whoever made you cry must be a special somebody to you." He is a special somebody to me, but that was all before when we were still together. He wiped my tears and offered me a hand to stand up which I gladly take.

"It does matter, I'm Lyn and you're?" He just laughs and showed me his name tag.

Ivan Laurenz Fello

"Just call me Renz for short." I just nod and he went to tour me around, Renz was just a part-timer in this resort and I'm surprised he knew all the ways of the resort. I mean Untitled #1 is a big resort and one of the most popular resorts that all of the people around the world would like to come here, I searched that. I also knew about his family, having another baby brother named Trevor Oslon Fello, his family works for Javielyn Resort like it's in their blood to work at such a young age.

"Renz, it was nice meeting you and thanks for touring me around."

"It's my job my lady, but it looks like he's been worrying about you." Did he point at Alex sitting down, looking a little bit of stress and worry?

"Yo Rale! Your girl is over here!" He looked up and saw me with Renz, he ran and hugged me like he didn't want to let go but I only looked at Renz, turbid because Alex is hugging me and I don't really know why.

"Lyn! I was worried, you suddenly ran off and I thought you needed space but it was already 1 hour and a half and you're still not back...I thought I lost you." I pushed him away and he backed away.

"I'm touched by the words you've said but you don't need to get worried about me, Alex, I won't be lost, I can find my way back with or without you."

"Thanks for touring me again, Renz." He just smiled and I walk to the elevator after I reach the 3rd floor, I went to our room and lay on the bed.
I never thought that touring around this resort will consume all my energy, I'm so tired but I don't want to sleep.

"Alex, it had always been you, still you." Then darkness takes over me, I woke up and checked my phone. 12:00 am, what's with me waking up at midnight? After Alex and I broke up I've been waking up at 12 midnight. I saw Alex sleeping on the couch without bedding, I went close to him and covered him with bedding then I opened the door that let us see the outside from the inside for fresh air.

"Lyn? You should be asleep, why are you up at...12 midnight?" I saw him sitting down while yawning, I walk to him and tried to push him to lay down again.

"Just sleep okay? You need it, sleep now, Alex." He suddenly hugged me while I'm standing and him sitting.

"So comfortable, I missed this Lyn, I miss hugging you, your smell, I miss everything about you, I can't stop thinking about you when I was still going out with Marie. I miss everything about you, Lyn, I miss the old us." He was crying while hugging my waist, I was just standing. The shock from what I've just heard right now. Oh Alex, if only you really knew the real reason why I decided to end our relationship, you'll hate me for doing that, for not fighting the love we've shared and cherished together. The stars were the witness of the love we've bloomed, shared and cherish but now it has come to an end. The time has come that we have to accept that we're over and bid farewell.

"All I wanted was you to be happy Alex, that's why I decided to let you go."

"You were wrong Lyn, I was happy, very happy when I got to be your boyfriend, and you to be my girlfriend. Lyn, I was always been happy with what we have, with what we've shared, with what we've cherished together in our relationship, I was happy Lyn but why? Why did you choose them instead of us? Why did you choose to get hurt for others? Why, Lyn? I just don't understand why you choose them instead of me, when will you stop choosing others? When will the day come that you'll choose yourself for once in your life Lyn, I have always loved you for being who you really are but I guess my love wasn't enough to prove you that it's time for you to choose between them and yourself. I'm sorry if you thought I deserve someone else, someone better than you but Lyn you were already enough. You were more than enough." Tears were running down my face but I wiped them away, I don't want him to see me weak at times like this.

"Alex, I don't love you anymore, stop forcing yourself back again." I tried to break free but he hugged me tighter.

I have to push you away before it's too late before I fall in love with you over and over again, I don't want to make you feel the same mistake I did when there was still the word 'US' before the word 'OVER' came.
