My chat with Hayes this afternoon was strange. He hasn't known Mitchell for long so he didn't have anything to say about him. But I knew something was up his sleeve. I went home and compromised upon ideas to approach Mitchell in a flirty way. I was interested in him no matter what. He seemed like the charming, hopeless romantic type.

I went to bed in peace listening to some 1975 and Taylor Swift, wanting to dream about Mitchell. Instead of having sweet dreams, I kept getting woke up from terrifying ones. In the morning I was so tired, it was gonna make my day complicating to do work. I got ready for my day slowly yet surely and hopped on the bus.

I met up with Katherine between the Mackenzie and North buildings on the bench. I was typing a text to my mother when she appered with a big smile upon her fcae. I waited for the explanation to be told.

"Aren't you gonna ask why I'm so happy?" she exclaimed. A little snobby but it was whatever.

"Well I waiting for you to blurt it out!" I huffed.

"So, I met up with Tyler today... were DATING!" she shouted. I knew a relationship would come sooner or later. I guess I was happy for her, but when was she gonna learn? Now I really wanted to meet this Tyler kid. She tried to explain him but from what she mentioned I wasn't getting an impression.

I would get to see Mitchell today, my heart started racing. I was totally gonna sit next to him. Maybe he would mention the frat house stuff, unless he was gonna lie about it.

I couldnt believe it was just that one look and I supposedly stole his heart. Knowing he makes small talk of me even sparks my love for him even more. I was to busy focusing on Mitchell, when Katherine walked away from me to go to class. I noticed and walked fastly to catch up with her.

"Sorry I was day dreaming!" I said.

Katherine kind of just ignored me. Okay. We walked into class and seats were open by Mitchell thankfully. I looked towards him and he smiled and pointed to sit next to him. Katherine followed behind me. I glanced at Mitchells face as I approached his side, we both had the biggest smile on our faces. I saw Katherine lean over and glance at Mitchell as he talked to his friend. She nugged my shoulder.

"Damn, you are lucky!" she whispered into my ear. I could feel her jealousy just from the way she spoke. I wanted to talk to Mitchell but he was still chatting with his friend, truthfully it was more about flirting. Instead I ease dropped on thier conversation. It was about a party the frat house was throwing Friday night before and after the football game.

After hearing that, I knew exactly what party i'd be going too. I turned to Katherine and wanted to tell her the news. As soon as I started speaking Mitchell stopped talking and listened to me. I could see him watching my jaw move from the corner of my eye. Then I felt a hand glide up my thigh... that esqulated quickly. I never was touched like that before. My nerves kicked in and I didn't know how to accept him touching me like that when we barely know eachother. My mind was circling through thoughts of snapping at him or just totally ignoring the fact of where his hand was. I wanted to keep calm.

I turned to him once I was done talking to Katherine. His friend glanced at his hand on my thigh, I felt tension.

"Bro, don't you have a girlfriend?" he asked to Mitchell. What in the hell was he talking about? He had to be joking. Mitchell laughed and my face was blank. He looked at me and said "No dude, this will be my girl hopefully!" he said and pointed to me. I was shocked by what he just said. I really hoped the whole class didn't hear what was going on.

When class ended me, Mitchell and Katherine all walked to the library. Kate was warming up to him which was a nice thing to watch. It's always good if your bestfriend accepts your boyfriend... not that he was yet.

We had gotten our first English homework assignment.  We all worked on it together. Then Wyatt walked in and gave Mitchell an evil look. We ended up finishing our work and Katherine went to the bathroom before we headed to the bus stop. Mitchell took this as a chance to give me his phone number and I did not oblige.

Everything about today was weird. But I got Mitchells number which made it better, now I could talk to him all I wanted.

As I entered the number into my 'Send Message' area I could feel my body tense.
