Wills part 1

Third POV

Mina sighs as she goes to her sister meetings. Occasionally they would meet up and discuss what has changed or what they discovered.

Obito, Nagato, Itachi, and occasionally Ume would come to these meetings. Using her new lightning abilities to locate her specific pin marker seal, Mina concentrates on transporting herself there.

She calls it Striking electricity or Inshō-tekina denki. Kind of like Hirashin, except she uses the electricity of the air and in people to find and transport herself near her destination.

Waiting for her at the meeting spot was Willow, Obito, and Ro. Looking around for her blonde sister, the Kenka is confused.

"Where's Lili? Is she coming" a ping is heard suddenly. It was a text from said sister. She was on another mission. And wouldn't be coming back until tomorrow or the day after.

"Last minute mission, huh?" Willow notices my limping and smirks.

"Had fun last night?"

"Oh hush you" I growl my face tinging pink. "Like you don't do it with Itachi" the eldest smirks.

"I won't deny that, but I'm not the one limping Cherry" she teases, huffing rather annoyed the supposed youngest crosses her arms indignantly.

Obito raises an eye curiously.

"Hi, Ro. Obito? What brings you here?" The navy haired girl questions. "How are the other Jinchurikis doing back into life?" The Uchiha stays quiet before recovering himself.

"They are quite fine. May I ask? I've actually been curious before, but are you perhaps with Kakashi?" Her face starts to burn as cackling could be heard.

"Um. Well yes, but that's besides the point. Have you all heard the news?"

The room turns serious. "Yeah, people of Kekkei Genkais are going missing. How's Kakashi?" The onyx haired Kenka asks.

"He knows something's up. And resigned himself to it, it's probably one of the reasons he..." stopping there Mina's face lights up like one of Ro's fires. The sisters start to choke in laughter.

"Let me guess, he used one of your kinks huh?"

"Can we not?"

"Agreed. All jokes aside. It's starting, Hiruko is the culprit the Earth has told me that much" Willow sighs frustratedly

"No luck with finding Asuma? Or the hooded cloaked person?" She shakes her head

"None at all, its like they disappeared off the face of the earth. Maybe you and I can try later when Hiruko is dealt with" nodding at that the meeting continued about another hour or so discussing about giving the Jinchurki the choice of going back to their villages or staying in the 'real world' for safety, Nagato's recovery, Sasuke chasing after Danzō to kill his sorry ass with team Hebi (in which none of the Kenka really cared much. Hey! Mess with them and their loved ones and the Kenka really aren't that forgiving. Even Lili has her Limits!), and helping Orochimaru's rampaging or really messed up experiments.

The four make some solutions but none they could take until the allied nations settled down. Once done Obito requests to speak to Mina. Surprised she nods, waving off to her sisters she'll be alright.

"Yes Obito? Something wrong?" The male raises an eye.

"I'd like to ask you the same question. You're planning something" she sighs raising her hands up in surrender.

"You got me" he lightly glares "I'm planning on transferring the seal to me. Last minute, course maybe you could help?" The man eye widens.

"What?" Sighing Mina faces him seriously.
