When the traveler first arrived, it was a complete mystery. Governments kept it under close surveillance, but there was no keeping it a secret. How do you hide a giant sphere hovering in the sky? People didn't turn to chaos, but there was great unease and tension. There was bound to be some people who were afraid of what it could mean. But over the years, we began to see the good changes it made. One of those changes was the extended lifespan. A 90-year-old man was considered to be in their prime. That alone was enough to bring religion into question. Some religions implemented the Traveler into their belief systems. But most were abandoned entirely. You'd think that most people would be more steadfast than that. Seeing is believing, I suppose.
This morning, me and the others I arrived with had an orientation about the Clovis Bray facility. They discussed their mission statement and what they hoped to achieve in the future. They also went over some of their accomplishments, such as the warmind, Rasputin. After that, we were taken to a cafeteria and took a break for lunch. For most of our afternoon, we had a tour of the facility and its many faculties. Make no mistake. We may have graduated, but we are still here in hopes of continuing to learn and grow.
Tomorrow, we meet Rasputin.
