"Do you wanna listen to the radio?"

I nodded my head and started listening when I realized that Thomas was the one doing the podcast, was all of these his thoughts? "Where's Y/n?" My heart began speeding "Don't worry, the sides are taking care of Thomas right now and of you." Deceit reassured me calmly "Where's Virgil?" Thomas thought "He wanted me to bring Virgil home.." Deceit nodded "I know they all want him back but- so did we.. We really love Virgil, honestly! He's family to us and- he just left for them.. I'm glad he's back but the light sides want to take him again.." Deceit's knuckles turned white as he held onto the steering wheel.

"Why don't you all stay together?" Deceit sighed "The light sides think we're bad and I mean- maybe we are but- we always try our best to benefit Thomas and if they can't see that then I wont bother with them. I care about Thomas and the sides but they don't care for me and only think I'm able to tell lies. It's annoying." Deceit went off and I felt bad for the little man. I placed a hand on his hand and he let out a breath of relief "Why don't they understand?" Deceit asked me "I- I guess it would be Patton's fault." Deceit's eyes widened "what?" 

"It's all about Thomas's morals and what he believes is right. He thinks that lying is wrong, not matter in what context. He thinks that Remus's influence of 'bad' ideas are wrong. That would be his fault but with more influence on him, he could possibly change to not care about those things and think they're alright." I explain and Deceit nods his head "That makes sense. Should we do that?" I furrowed my eyebrows "I sure think that you guys should be nice to them and help Thomas." I said. 

"We've been trying that." He turned the corner in the car "What if you do it- In a dream?" Deceit's eyes flickered to me "That's dangerous, you know." I frowned "But- not a bad idea. Should we try it?" I stared at him for a bit "How is it dangerous?" I asked and he smirked "Thomas is heavily influenced in his dreams as Roman is often the one to produce them, Remus haunting the nightmares." I grinned "We'll all go in, and we'll present our case.." Deceit smiled excitedly at the thought of all of this.

"I'm going?" I questioned "Well, only if you'd want to. I wouldn't be unhappy if you didn't want to. "  That felt a lot like a lie, I smirked at him teasingly "Are you sure?" He nodded "I will go, just for you's." I said and he calmed down, still acting really happily. 

Deceit's phone started ringing and I picked it up for him "hello?" There was some screaming. "Y/n! Thomas is starting to wake up! Get ready because you're about to wake up too, then we'll drag you away." I was confused, I gave the phone to Deceit. "I'm meant to wake up in not long" I let him know "Tell them my plan when you get home!" I nod and then gasp.

I wake up with all of the light sides gathered around me "Y/n? You're finally up!" Patton cried out "Did you find him?" I rubbed my head "who?" I asked "Virgil! Did you see him?" I decided to lie.. "u- No, I didn't. I ran into 'Annoyance' and he led me somewhere which made me lost." I lied and told the truth.. Half okay? "Annoyance does do that a lot, but not often to visitors.." Logan spoke.

"I- Uh, don't feel so good.." I put a hand on my face and I start to feel dizzy "It's just the turbulence, you'll be fine." Logan told me "I- Wait!" Roman exclaimed dramatically "Do you guys here that?" Roman asked as the creepy soundtrack started to play in the background "Remus! I thought we banished you!" Roman cried. "What are you doing here?" Patton asked him "I'm just here to distract you's from Virgil's appearance in his room" Remus said before covering his mouth. 

The light sides all hurried to Virgil's room upstairs, leaving both Remus and Virgil enough time to drag me to the spot. I got up and followed both of them, Virgil showing up out of the shadows and pulling me through one of his places where he's sunk down. I had the realization in that moment that the reason Remus showed up behind Roman that one time was because he was always in Roman's shadow and the thought of that made me hurt.

Virgil pulled both me and Remus down the stairs and we both arrived again in the same place as before, home. "Where's Deceit?" Remus asked "he went to the shops, remember?" Virgil got on his phone and dialed Deceit's number "We got her." He says simply "Thank goodness. Can you guys teleport real quick to the car?" Virgil nods and hangs up.

Remus takes me back to the car, this time I'm sitting in the back with both him and Virgil. "Ow, its so squishy back here" I groan "That's what he said." Remus snickered "hah. Gay" Virgil punched Remus in the shoulder and they both laughed together "Couldn't we just teleport to the shop?" I asked and they all shook their heads "we teleport to people, not places." Deceit explained and I felt my head spin.

"Are we there yet?" Remus complained like a little kid and I felt myself laugh, even though he was different, he still reminded me a lot of Roman. "No, not yet." Deceit rubbed his temples gently and tried to focus on old memory lane. "Hey! Look! That's the time we all first met!" Virgil pointed to a thought cloud in the sky a long the road, smiling brightly. "Oh god- My hair was so short back then, look how weird it is!" I covered my face in embarrassment.

"Remember when we met?" Deceit asked me and I nodded "I didn't and did like you when I first saw you." I started "I didn't like how you pretended to be Patton, was impressed how you fooled us, and was worried at how cool I thought you were when you were revealed. It was hilarious when all the sides were roasting you" I snickered and Deceit frowned "I- What about that other time in court?" I thought about it.

"I loved that time to be honest, even though I wasn't present for all of it. I thought it was so cool to be like that- I hope I don't actually have to do that in real life though." I laughed to myself as I thought about that time "You were apart of the jury!" Virgil pointed out "I was hiding" Remus giggled quietly "The end really frustrated me. I just want to help Thomas get was he wants." I nodded.

"But- Because of Patton, he believes that the wants of his friends are above his which is simply not true. We should make sure he knows that." Deceit began "Oh" Remus snarled evilly "W-Wh- What are you planning?" Virgil started panicking slightly "It's not bad! We just have to let Thomas know that his wants matter too. We'll make it present to him once he goes back to sleep in his dreams" Remus and Virgil whispered to each other "That's Roman's territory" They both argued "I know, but we can't have Thomas having nightmares... Or can we?" Deceit turned back and looked to Remus slyly.

"A nightmare doesn't have to be bad" Remus suggested "True" Virgil agreed, as did I. "Most of the time they are but- I bet you wont frighten Thomas..?" I questioned Remus and he nodded "I won't. It will just simply be him in the court again except- He'll be the judge. We'll all be lawyers." I nod.

"Actually- Y/n, do you wanna be jury?" I shrug "I think you'd fit more in jury" I don't mind.
