Raven's Antics

It had been a month since the trio had joined the family. And it was anything but fun. All they did was sit around and wait for it to get to dinner or breakfast or lunch. No one did anything resourceful. Especially Chris. He just seemed to not be there when there was a task to go around...

The trio weren't used to being so... Useless. Especially Lincoln. He always did something. And now he couldn't even leave the yacht. He wanted to feel the ground beneath his feet again. And that sentiment was also followed by the others. But other than all that, they seemed to be getting along just fine.

The trio observed that Nick was not that bad but Raven still didn't like him.

Chris was well.. Just Chris. He kept to himself and just sat on couch all day.

Travis was calm and more level headed than any of the family. He didn't like violence.

Madison was the peacekeeper and she would do anything to keep it. And that could be bad at times... I mean.. They first hand knew what happened to those people..

The others didn't seem to mind to just sit around and do nothing but the trio did. Especially Elyza and Lincoln. So to pass time, They trained. Lincoln showed Elyza new moves and Elyza showed Lincoln some that she had picked up and he would tell her which clan it belonged to.

They usually trained late at night or early before the sunrise so they could have some peace and quiet and talked in Trig.

They sparred. They trained with staffs. They trained with knives. Lincoln trained Elyza in anything that was around.

Raven usually watched them and observed herself. Other times she would just be in a corner of the yacht tinkering with stuff she found around or brought with her.

She had managed to make long range walkie talkies, fix a radio and amplify it's signal and make mini bombs. Because what's Raven without some bombs right? She could make more powerful bombs but she didn't need it. Not right now. So Raven used those mini bombs for fun mostly because they couldn't do that big of a damage. They were the power of a firecracker but still fun.

Present morning Raven was up. Surprisingly but she was. Elyza and Lincoln were too. Watching the waters. Chris was asleep on the couch on the other side of the yacht. Raven and the others from his family had given him a warning to not fall asleep outside. So if he wasn't gonna listen then Raven was gonna enjoy this.

She went up to him gesturing to Elyza and Lincoln to stay quiet and lit the bomb. She waited until it was almost about to blow up and then tossed it in the air.

It blew up several safe feet above Chris but he still jumped and screamed like a girl. Raven was rolling with laughter and Elyza and Lincoln were too. Not madly like Raven but they were.

He shouted, "What the hell?! You could've killed me!!" he finished fuming. Mostly because of embarrassment though.

The explosion had woken Nick up. So he was heading out to see what had happened. The others were shaken awake too but were behind him.

"You should've heard yourself kid. Damn. Who screams like that?!" Raven said still bubbling with laughter.

Chris was red from anger and embarrassment.

"Oi. Nicky boi. Catch!!" Raven said as she saw Nick peek from the yacht entrance and lit another bomb and threw it.

And Nick actually caught it. At first he was confused as to what was happening because he was still half asleep but when he saw his hands, his eyes widened in realization and he threw the bomb as far towards the water as he could.

After a couple of seconds he threw it, it exploded. Raven burst out in laughter again. Elyza and Lincoln were just amused at this point. The others had joined around too and Alicia was laughing along with Raven and the couple had their eyes wide still not grasping what was going on.

"What the hell!! What's wrong with you!!" Nick shouted in annoyance.

"You've should've seen your face. Oh my God. Priceless!!" Raven said between her laughter.

"And besides. Didn't I tell you to check everything you touch...??" Raven added smirking.

"I'm gonna tell my dad and Madison. They are gonna give you some manners" Chris taunted.

"Says the kid who doesn't have any manners on how to speak with his elders" Raven deadpanned smirking pointing to herself.

"And besides. Weren't you warned several times not to fall asleep outside..? And didn't I specifically tell you that I was gonna blow you up if you didn't stop?" Raven added smirking and looked with raised eyebrows challenging Nick to say something. Because he looked like he wanted to argue.

"She's right Chris. You shouldn't have fallen asleep outside again" Nick sighed and said.

"You too bro?!" Chris exclaimed.

"I'm sorry. But if I don't take her side she's gonna put a bomb under my pillow" Nick shrugged. Raven looked proud of herself.

"UGH. Fine!" Chris said as he stomped inside the to sleep in.

Before Raven could do more with her bombs, Madison spoke up finally coming out of her trance, "That's enough. Stop it now! You shouldn't be playing with bombs! It's dangerous!"

"Oh don't worry Mama Clark. I got it all under control. And this is nothing. Shoulda seen me when I was trying to blow up a bridge" Raven said non chalantly and then laughed at Madison's face after she heard her. Elyza and Lincoln chuckled at that expression too.

"Okay that's enough Raven. You're gonna give them a heart attack" Elyza said coming to stand beside Raven. Lincoln following suit.

"Yeah you're right. They're frozen shocked. Damn I wish I had a camera. Anyways Imma go and get my beauty sleep that I sacrificed for the kid. Toodles!" Raven said still chuckling as she pushed past the shocked people.

Elyza and Lincoln shook their heads in amusement.

"Okay... That's enough. Everyone back to sleep" Travis said still reeling from what Raven said. Not knowing if it was a joke or real.

Everyone gladly went back to bed after that. Even Elyza and Lincoln. Tired themselves. And Especially Nick. Alicia had a amused expression through all of it. And she didn't get shocked frozen instead she got a vision. A memory? Of hundreds of warriors being blown up at a bridge and Raven holding a rifle with blood running down her eyes.. She quickly snapped out of it and went to bed herself not knowing what to make of these visions about a different world she had been getting for a month...
