Hey, everyone. I'm returning after however long it's been. I've been reviewing Predator the last couple of days and decided that I'm going to continue to write it and its sequel (hopefully). I'm super excited to return to writing this story because it's been a blast to write, and I've missed it to be honest.

However, there's one thing I want to do before I continue writing this book. I'm going to rewrite it. I know in the previous chapter I said something about going back through after finishing the book, but I decided it would be better to do the rewriting before I get too far into it.

Granted, rewriting eighteen chapters and two specials is nothing to sneeze at. It's very likely that it'll take me a long time to rewrite everything, especially since I'm going to be extremely picky about the grammar and spelling errors. (It annoys me to no end when I keep seeing them pop up. Just a personal pet peeve of mine.) I'm thinking it'll take at least all of the current school year and well into the summer to properly rewrite everything. (Homework has been stacking up somewhat.)

I've also decided I mildly want to tweak the plot. I know I've expressed my feelings about this before, but I'm taking the step to do something about it. The characterization and relationships have been bugging me, and I want to have a really strong main character. Not just in personality, but in consistency. This also goes for every character mentioned thus far.

I know this probably isn't what you want to hear after I've been absent for so long, but in the time I've been inactive, my writing has improved. (Theres always room for improvement for me.) I'd like to deliver a solid story with good characters, and hopefully a riveting plot that will keep any and all readers entertained.

I've been working on some of the details already, and I'm extremely satisfied with how it's turning out. The main character will be much stronger, and things will develop a lot better. Relationship, love, story, personal stuff for (F. Name), the whole shebang! The title will remain the same, and the general idea will remain intact: (F. Name) attends Teiko deals with Generation of Miracles, hates them, and is now determined to beat them one way or another, but uh oh (or, oh yay?) falls in love with someone.

Recently I've been intrigued with the whole idea of tension. I feel like I've been lacking on it, and I really want to try it out. The only way to get better at it, yes? Besides adding tension to the story and between chatacters, I'm also going to really put emphasis on strong character dynamics. I know the anime and manga are basketball related, but this is a more complicated story than just winning and losing. I won't really explain it, but you'll find out at some point when I get this whole thing updated, right?

So, I apologize if this isn't the news you want, but it's something that I've determined must be done before I proceed any farther. I won't be rewriting on the already published chapters until everything is completed and continuation is actually possible. Then I'll move everything over, update the chapters and move on. So, I hope you enjoy this version of Predator and the one to be released sometime in the future.

I promise I won't forget, and I might add a Special chapter here or there to compensate for this sudden update. Thank you all for sticking with me, and I hope you'll continue to stick with me. Even if the story has been altered a bit.
