*PHA POV*
"On my 7th birthday, was when my little sister died" I heard him say.
I was a bit shocked by what he revealed. He smiled sadly.
"It was on my birthday.I was playing ball with her, the ball rolled down the road. I tried to stop her, I didn't see a car coming. It was my fault, and every birthday just reminds me of the past"he said, his eyes getting teary.
I hugged him tightly and rubbed his back. It must have been awful for him every year on his birthday. I felt a little helpless as what to do then I get an idea.
"Ming, let's go out. I'll drive" I said.
"But P', you're fever just went down. I don't want you to tire yourself out" he reasoned.
"Ming! Just do as I say!" I said firmly.
"Okay P'" he said finally giving in.
I pulled him up with me and told him to get ready. I borrowed a hoodie from him,as he donned on himself. It was kind of cool outside and I didn't want him to worry again.
We decided to use his car. I opened the door,we got in and drove. 10 minutes in, I parked by the convenience store.
"I need to make a stop by the store okay?Wait here for me, I won't take long" I instructed.
I stepped out of the car and made my way towards the store. I got all the things I needed , paid for them and slowly went back to the car.
"P', you took so long... I missed you" Ming pouted.
"Sorry, just making sure I have everything we might need" I said.
"As long as you're back. Where are you taking me P?" he asked me.
"It's a secret" I said as I winked at him.
He laughs and shakes his head knowing he won't be able to get anything out of me.
I put the things I bought onto the trunk,got into the car and started driving off.
"It's gonna be quite a drive,so you can sleep if you want. I'll just wake you up when we get there" I said.
"Au. I want to spend all this time with P', no way am I sleeping" he said.
I just chuckled, he is so damn cute. He held my hand and smiled. We kept talking, until Ming had actually dozed off
I wasn't gonna lie when I say it was quite a drive, almost 3 hours away. When we finally arrived, I woke my lover from his sleep.
"Ming? Wake up, we're here" I said, gently tapping him on the shoulder.
He had always been a light sleeper, he opens his eyes and stretched his body.
"Sorry I fell asleep P', it must have been a boring drive for you" he apologized.
"Not at all, I got to take a cute picture of you after all" I teased as I showed him what I captured previously.
(Just imagine him sleeping like this but in the passenger seat of the car)
