"What's this?"his childhood friend asks.
"Keep it! Who knows, maybe I will find you. Then you have to marry me" I said, putting the necklace on him.
"Hmm.. if you can find me, then it's a promise" he said.

*MING POV*
My eyes open as I shift from my sleep. I've been having the same dream every single night. The same person but their face is a blur. It has been bothering me for weeks. Why did it just strike me, I didn't have this before.
I vaguely remember the necklace from somewhere, but I am not quite sure. I sigh, maybe my mom can help me with this. I reached for the phone which was on my night stand, scrolled through my contacts and called my mom.
"Hello? Ming?"I hear my mom's voice coming through the other line.
"Mae? Sawadee!" I greeted.
"Sawadee my baby! How are you? You okay?"I hear her ask.
"Yes Mae, just wanted to see how you were doing"I answered.
"Me and Por are doing fine, kind of lonely since you and your sister left us. I wish you guys would visit us some time" she said, I could already imagine her pouting face. I just chuckled, my mom is so cute.
"I will mom, if I have free time.. Umm.. mom, do you remember me wearing some kind of necklace back when I was a kid?" I asked her.
"Necklace? hmm... now that you mentioned it. There was this one you would never take off , it had a black moon pendant on it" she answered.
"Do you happen to know where it is mom? Maybe I left it at home or something?"I asked.
"I don't think so. If I see it, then I will let you know" she said.
"Ok, thank Mae. And one more thing, aside from my usual playmates when I was younger. Did I have another childhood friend?" I ask her.
"Hmm.. I remember that one boy, he ended up moving to Bangkok. He was such a nice boy, pretty... I almost thought he was a girl. You guys were close... ah! Now I remember! You gave him your favorite necklace. I was shocked too!"Mom answered.
"So it is with him... Mae, can you send me a picture of the necklace" I told her.
