John's POV:
Lucy tensed up as I kissed her, but after a while she relaxed again and even kissed me back.
I slowly pulled away and smiled at her.
She blushed deeply and looked downwards, not saying anything. I got hold of her hand and said "I love you, Lucy. Please be my girlfriend."
Lucy didn't respond. I required to ask her again but at that moment, Stu came back. Quickly I let her hand go and looked up at my friend.
Lucy's POV:
I couldn't look Stu in the eyes after the kiss with John.
I was ashamed that I kinda liked the kiss.
Now Stu sat down beside me and placed his hand on my shoulder. "Is everything alright, love?" He asked, unsure if it was his fault that I'm upset or not.
"Y-yeah... I'm just tired." I pretended to yawn so he would believe me.
After half an hour we went back home. The complete evening I said nothing. I truly needed to think about my feelings.
