Jacob's POV

I woke up on the couch of my house remembering what had happened last night. I slowly sat up and looked around as my vision was still coming back to me. I looked around and smelled pancakes, eggs, and bacon. I walked to the kitchen and saw a beautiful ginger cooking as she was humming a beat in her head. She turned around and smiled at me. "Well, good morning Jakey."

"Morning Cheryl." I said smiling back. "How'd you sleep?"

"I slept well, better than I have in awhile." She said making me smile. "That's good." I said.

"You look hungry and could use some meat on those abs." She said looking at my chest and muscles before fixing a plate to eat.

I chuckled at her joke before walking over to the counter. "I didn't know the rich blossom cooked."

"Oh please you've only been here for awhile, you don't know everything about me." She playfully rolled her eyes.

I laughed and smiled. Cheryl is a very confusing girl. At first she was mad, sad, and now she's . . . . .  Happy. Why? Is it because of me? Or is she just using me because she doesn't go with Toni anymore. I'm very confused myself, but I guess that doesn't matter as long as she's happy again I'm okay with it.

Cheryl fixed us both a plate and some juice then as much as I didn't want to ruin the mood I did.

"So . . . . . . .  have you talked to Toni ?" I asked as I ate the last piece of my pancakes. Her face instantly went from happy to angry and sadness. "You don't have to answer . . . . . ."

"I haven't talked to her yet, I was wondering if you wanted to . . . . . . possibly come with me . . . . . just for like backup?" She asked looking down at her plate.

"Of course Cheryl . . . . . . whatever you need I'm here," I put down my fork and grabbed her hand softly.

She looked up at me,

"I'm always here . . . . . ."
