Sakura's POV

Sasuke laid back down, deciding to rest after I told him to. I wanted him to rest but that wasn't the only reason I wanted him to lay back down. I wanted to cry but I don't like doing it in front of him. It makes me feel....weak.

I held my sobs as he continued to lay with his head on my lap, I was still playing with his hair. I wiped the tears away rapidly. I started to calm down. I picked my phone up and began texting Hinata.

(A little key for this part- Hinata Sakura)

Hey Hinata. I need some support.

What's up?

I don't know how to explain.....can I call you?

Yes. Anytime.

"Sasuke, I need to step outside for a few minutes." I said.

"Ok. Is everything alright?" He asked, worry floating deep in his eyes.

"I just need to talk with someone for a second." I said.

I walked out and called Hinata.

"Hey...." I began. "What's wrong?" She asked. "I feel like Sasuke might not love me....maybe he just wanted to get with me for his clan restoration." I said. "Oh, Sakura. Have you talked with him about it?" She asked. "Yeah....he said that's not what it was about but still...." I began. "Sakura. I know it's hard but you need to trust him. I've dealt with the same thing and the more you talk about it the more things will clear up, I promise." She said. "Ok. Thank you, Hinata." I said. "No problem, Sakura." She said, hanging up.

I walked back inside. Sasuke walked to me and hugged me. "Baby, did I do something? Please tell me if I did." He said. "I'll be alright." I said. "That means something is wrong. What's happening?" He asked. "It's nothing." I said. He looked at me, worry in his eyes. "Sakura, please." He begged. I hugged him. "I'm sorry. I...I'm not sure I want to talk right now, ok? Can we just go to bed?" I asked. He looked shocked. "...yeah." He said, hesitating.

We went to the bedroom in silence. I laid in bed, facing away from his side of it. He got into bed and didn't bother me. A few minutes of an awkward silence had passed and he eventually wrapped his arm around my waist. "Sakura, I know you don't want to talk about it but I'm so so sorry." He said. I turned to him. I was shocked.

There were tears pouring from his eyes. This was one of the first time I've seen him cry. Its hard for me to see him cry. I knew he wasn't trying to make me feel bad, he just felt super bad and was sad. I wrapped my arm around his waist. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have snapped. I'll talk to you tomorrow about it but let's go to bed. Rest, honey. It'll all be alright." I said. He pressed his face into my chest as I played with his hair, letting him relax as he settled down.

The next morning, he was gone once again.

Went to go grab a frappe for you♡

I smiled at the note. He was so strong while around everyone else but alone he's just a big teddy bear. He got home as soon as I laid back down. He walked into the room. "Good morning." He smiled. "Good morning. Thank you, love." I said as he handed the frappe to me. "No problem." He said, sitting next to me, putting a hand on my leg. "And what do you think you're doing?" I smirked. "Being a husband." He shrugged. "Don't think you're going to get a large load of special treatment from me." I laughed. He squeezed my leg and got up. "I never did." He said, leaning in for a kiss.

We got ready for the day. I made breakfast and we sat in silence as we ate. "I can't take this anymore. Do you want to talk now?" I asked. "Yeah." He said. We finished eating.

"There are so many people saying that you only wanted to marry me to restore the clan. It's hard to not believe it because I feel like it's true and so many people are saying it and it's just really hard for me." I said.

"Baby, that's not it. At all. And even if I did, why did we only have one child? Anyway, baby, I promise that it's not just for 'the clan' or because of your body or anything. It's my worst nightmare to have you think that. I know that me just saying it once won't help much but anytime you need to talk you know I'm here." He said, walking from the other side of the table and hugging me.

"Ok.....I'm starting to feel better.....thank you." I said. "No problem, babe." He said. "I have a surprise for you." He added. I looked up at him. "What?" I asked.

"I'm staying home for a while. As in a long while. As in probably a few years." He smiled. I grinned at him. I shoved my face into his chest as he started laughing. I was so happy that I was laughing. "How did you manage to get the time off!?" I asked. "I talked with Naruto and with a family of his own, he understood so he said he'd be ok with it and send ANBU instead." He said. "You're so amazing." I said as I put my hand on his chest and calmed down. "Why don't we go watch another movie?" He asked.

"Sounds good." I said as we walked to the couch to watch the movie. This time, I rested my head on his lap as he played with my hair. It somehow relaxed him a little more than it relaxed me. He chose the movie and I turned to face the TV as he continued playing with my hair.

It got to a very intense moment and apparently Sasuke had already watched it enough times to have the scary parts memorized. My heart raced as it got more suspenseful and Sasuke moved his hand onto my waist. Right as it got dark and quiet in the film, he did something unbelievable.

"Look out!" He shouted right as he began jabbing my side, making me scream and laugh. "Sasuke you little!!" I shouted with a laugh as I slapped his leg, still trying to watch the movie. "You really think that will pay me back!?" He chuckled. "Shut up!" I laughed. The movie was still in a dark and quiet part, building suspense. This time right as a jump scare appeared, he grabbed my butt. "Sasuke! You little perv!!" I shouted, falling off of the couch. "Sorry, sorry." He laughed. I got back up and faced him instead, making sure his arm and hand didn't move.
