The not-so-suicidal jumper || Chapter 21- The conclusion
This is the second last chapter!!!
Don't worry though, if you like this story and don't want it to end just yet, I've got a little surprise coming at the end of the last chapter (chapter 22)--Maddy's POV--
Today was the day I decided to fix everything. Every little thing that was a problem. Two weeks had passed from when Meghan broke Jacks heart, and he's recovering pretty well.
I stood in front of the house Austin, Jayden and Kaiden brought me to.
Over the past weeks, I joined martial arts, karate classes, gymnastics and fighting everyday to improve my techniques of fighting and defending myself.
I knocked on the door and waited for it to open. When it did, Jayden stood there. His mouth hung open when he saw me.
I jumped onto him and tackled his sorry ass into the living room. I pounded my fist into his nose angrily and he grunted in pain. Kaiden ran in and I round kicked him in his stomach. He staggered back and rage filled his face.
He charged at me and I ducked. He flew over the top and hit the side of the bench. I punched him a couple of times and went back to hitting Jayden.
When Jayden passed out, I ran up to an almost unconscious Kaiden and I punched him in a pissed off matter. He too passed out.
"What is going on?!" Austin yelled and he stepped in. He scanned the area and his eyes widened when they fell on me. Then he smirked.
"Hello Maddy darling. Trust me, I didn't forget about you! In fact, I was just thinking of a flawless way to capture you again... I guess I didn't have too."
I went to punch him but he grabbed my wrist and twisted it painfully. I kicked him and he let go.
"Oh, did you forget I am also trained in fighting. You can't defeat me!"
I ran forward again and caught him off guard, kicking him in the face. He tried to punch me and I moved out of the way. He went to jump on me but I flipped over the top of him, kicking his face again on the way down.
Without even thinking further, I grabbed the knife from my boot and stabbed him in the chest. He was going to bleed to death.
He screamed and I fled. He had neighbours and it didn't take a genius to know that they would at some point hear him.
I ran towards the streets and I put my hood up so no one could recognise me.
I stopped when I saw a tv in one of the shops playing something that caught my eye. It was a picture of me, my father, mother, Asher and now Austin.
"Maddy Trainor, the mental criminal who is known very well for stabbing her mother, stabbing her father and then blowing up the house with him in it, almost killing a survivor Asher Braxton in the major skyscraper fire she caused, now is thought to have tried to kill a teenage guy under the name of Austin Pierce. He has a stab wound in the identical place to her father, and the exact same knife. He is now trying to recover in hospital but is thought to die. Along with him two other guys, twins Kaiden and Jayden Haynes were in the same room completely knocked out. It is thought they were protecting Austin from Maddy, but nothing has been confirmed. If you see any trace of Maddy Trainor please immediately note to police."
I glanced over to where some people watching the exact same tv were chatting about me, and I quickly walked away before they realised who I was.
I used the energy I had to run to my old school. I jumped over the locked fence and broke into the school. I walked towards Taylor's locker first, and brought out her note I had written earlier on.
Taylor,
You are so much more than just one of my best friends, you were the first to know my biggest secret, and I envy that so much. I am jealous of how calm and collected you were and how you let me live out my crazy dream even though it could have killed me. You just wanted me to be happy. I love you more than most people and I have a feeling we won't see each other again, that's why I'm writing this note.
Maddy.
I slid it in her locker and then I walked down the hall towards my groups lockers.
Paula, Belle, Tiana and Sienna,
You girls had probably been wondering where I had gone to when I left. I hope that when you saw the huge reports of me on the television you had some decency in your hearts to say 'that's not Maddy', or 'she wouldn't do that'. Sadly though, that is me. Yes, I did jump off a skyscraper. I love the adrenaline and the feeling that comes from it. Yes, I did stab my mother. I was sleepwalking at the time though, and I had no control.
Yes, I did trick Elly, Lina, Brittany and Aarica to a sale that was on and murdering them.
Yes, I set fire to a building and kill very many people. Theres nothing to say about that.
Yes, I did murder my father on purpose. He was going to kill me. I had no choice.
And yes, I made Kaiden and Jayden unconscious and stab Austin. He's a creep.
I actually don't mind if you hate me, or if you would turn me in to the police if you saw me, I just want you to know that I haven't changed. This has always been me.Maddy.
I put that into Sienna's locker and I left quickly. I really didn't want to bump into anyone.
I walked back to the house his time, and I was quite shocked when I arrived to policemen out the front, some holding down Jack, Carter and Emma. Asher was also standing there with a sorry look on his face.
One policemen grabbed my arm and pulled me towards the car.
"Asher! Why did you do this!" I screamed. A tear rolled down his face.
"I had to Maddy! I don't want you to get hurt."
I was pushed into the car and the door was closed. My luggage was put in the back.
I looked out the window and Emma was screaming.
"Let me say bye! Let me say bye!" She cried, tears streaming down her cheeks. She collapsed onto the floor.
Carter was thrashing around to try and get out of the police men's grip.
Jack just stood there with a pissed off sad look on his face. Like defeat.
I looked back at Asher and he had his hands covering his face. I looked at his arm and realised there was a deep scratch mark. I looked back over to Jack and his fingernails were bleeding.
I looked over to a third policemen who had my pets. He put Cheddar in one of those horse transport carriers connected to the car, and he opened the door on the opposite side of me and pushed in Dora, Keaton, Tango and Frankie. Dora whimpered and snuggled into Keaton, while Tango just stayed where he was. Frankie crawled into my lap and I pet her head.
I sighed and leant back in my seat as the car took off, and Emma's cries became quieter.
"Where are we going?" I asked the policemen quietly and he kept a firm look on his face.
"A mental institution."
