The not-so-suicidal jumper || Chapter 4- A pinch of love

--Maddy's POV--

I woke up the next morning with someone's muscular arm wrapped around my waist, and all the events of yesterday came rolling through my mind.

Somehow, I gave in to Ash's adorable pouty face and let him sleep in the same bed as me, but I told him to strictly stay on HIS side.

"Ash!" I shouted and elbowed him in his chest. I frowned when he didn't do anything.

"Damn muscular boys with their muscular chests- oh hey Ash!" I said awkwardly as Asher opened his blue eyes and smirked at me.

"So um you didn't stay on your side," I noted and he shrugged.

"I didn't want to, plus you were asleep to I didn't think it mattered."

I growled and hopped out of bed, only then noticing I was only wearing a band shirt that went to my mid thighs when Ash chuckled.

I narrowed my eyes at him and slipped into the wardrobe that was only big enough to just slightly move around in it.

I smiled as I remembered that I once had my older cousin stay over and she left all her clothes on purpose. She was about 16 then so now I fit everything. She has fabulous taste too.

I picked out a matching girly pink and white underwear set, a high waisted black short skirt, a cream lace crop top, some white combat boots and a cute denim vest.

I walked out of the wardrobe fully dressed and Asher's eyes widened, but I ignored him and started doing my hair and makeup in the full length mirror. I put my hair in a messy bun and added mascara and eyeliner. Then I changed my clear stud in my nose to a cute little hoop.

"Sooo, what are we doing today?" I asked and Asher shrugged.

"I didn't know if you wanted to do anything with me?"

I sent him a blank look.

"We haven't seen each other for years! Of course I'm going to want to spend time with you, plus, what else am I gonna do?"

"True," Asher smiled and I felt myself smiling back. It really is contagious.

"Why don't we ride our horses down to the river?" He suggested and my eyes lit up.

"Ooh yes! I used to love the river!"

I was about to run down to get Cheddar but I stopped, for two reasons.

One was because I wanted to get the awesome blue sparkly lead and reins and saddle.

"You have a horse?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yeah, her names Winter and she's a black stallion."

"Oh our horses are gonna love each other!" I giggled and ran down to get Cheddar. I walked down with Asher and once we got to the ground, I realised we had a problem.

"Uh, Asher? What am I gonna do with Cheddar while he go to your house to get Winter?"

"We can both ride Cheddar there," he said cheekily, and I gave him the evil eye, again.

"Ehh fine!"

I hopped only and let Ash come on after. Because Ash is Ash though, he wriggled up so there was no space between us and rested his hands on my waist to 'keep from falling off'.

I sighed and pulled on Cheddar's reins, making him start off. Not wanting to tire him out, he only trotted there.

Asher lived on a farm-like property, where his family owned dogs, cats, pigs, cows, horses, ducks, sheep and more. I was totally jealous, since last time I saw him, he only had ducks, cows, dogs and two cats.
