Quick AN: I will not always update this fast with this book. I just decided that since I already had the chapter, I might as well go ahead and post it. This book does not have a regular schedule like my oneshot book. Also, I would like to warn you guys that this book is going to get darker as time goes on. It may be with the daycare kids but Michael and Ritchie aren't your average daycare kids. Artwork is by me this time! Anyways I hope you enjoy this chapter!

Ritchie woke up hungry. His fangs slid out and noticing his cousin sleeping nearby, he gently bit him and took some blood before retracting his fangs. Michael shifted a little bit but did not wake, used to the biting by this point.

The young vampire sat up slowly looking around the room. They were on top of a pink bedspread in an empty loft. He could hear quiet talking downstairs and out of curiosity, he transformed into his bat form and flew out to where he could listen.

"How are we supposed to get them back?" Older Michael asked.

"No idea, my brother and I have been trying to get back to our own dimension for years but we've had no luck." Older Ritchie told him.

"Well they can't just stay here, we don't even know if they have magic." Bri pointed out.

'Magic?' Ritchie thought to himself. He'd have to mention that to Michael.

"They do, I can sense that much from their souls, but its very... different." Older Michael said but before Ritchie could ponder that, Silver spoke. "Their magic doesn't matter, we still need to get them home. Their parents and Brandon's other self are going to be worried sick."

"Well do you have any suggestions, Silver?" Older Michael asked raising an eyebrow.

"No, but they're just kids." Silver pointed out.

Older Michael closed his eyes as if he were in pain. "I know. But we have no options... and if Brandon and Ritchie couldn't get back to Soload in all the time they've been here, what makes you think we'll be able to even get them back?"

Listening to all this was getting to Ritchie. What if Michael's other self was right? What if they never got home? He didn't want that and he especially didn't want that for Michael. Then he thought about how his parents and brothers would react to him just disappearing, sniffling at the thought of never seeing his Brandon again.

Suddenly a small lightning bolt headed straight for him and he had to transform back to be able to get out of the way in time. He landed softly on his feet even as he looked sheepishly at the adults who were staring at him in shock.

"You have animorphic magic?" Older Ritchie asked in shock.

"No, he's just a vampire." All the adults and Ritchie turned to see Michael hopping from one foot to the next as he tried to stay in place. Ritchie knew what that meant right away.

"Who gave you sugar?" Ritchie demanded to know as he walked up to his cousin.

"Brady did, I just had the candy bar in my pocket and since I woke up really hungry, I ate it." Michael said sending a pointed look at Ritchie.

"You know Uncle said you weren't allowed to have sugar." Ritchie said shaking his head.

"Father doesn't have to know." Michael said with a mischievous smile before he ran over to the table and sat down, faster than anyone could even see.

"Uhhhh how are you that fast?" Older Michael asked in surprise.

"When I have sugar, my body overflows with energy so I have to burn it off somehow, either by running amok or by inventing something." Michael shrugged.
