AN: So quick thing, when the FTO versions of Michael and Ritchie and the daycare versions of Michael and Ritchie are in separate rooms, FTO Michael and Ritchie will just be referred to as their names without the older part attached. It just makes things easier.

A little while after the brief disagreement, Silver teleported upstairs with a plate of food for Michael. He saw the two kids wrapped up together on the bed and chuckled a little as he sat the plate down on the side table. The clink of the plate against the table was enough to make Michael glance up at him with dark glaring eyes. Ritchie looked up hesitantly as well but his eyes were full of apprehension.

"What do you want?" Michael asked with an edge to his voice.

"Hey now, I'm not here to be aggressive." Silver held up his hands. "Just came to make sure you got some food."

"I told you, I'm not hungry." Michael said turning away.

"Michael..." Ritchie said sounding concerned.

"It's here for when you want it." Silver said before lightly putting a hand on each of their heads. "I would also like to apologize."

Michael turned back to look at him in surprise while Ritchie's eyes widened.

"Look, I don't know what vampires are, and I will admit the blood did unsettle me, but you two are from another world." Silver said softly. "I don't have any idea what it's like there but for all I know, it could be common there."

"Not that common..." Ritchie said looking down. Silver noticed this and decided to add. "Plus you mentioned that your Bri was a vampire as well. And well, if a sweet kid like you and the most beautiful woman in the world are vampires, then vampires aren't a bad thing."

Ritchie and Michael exchanged glances before giving Silver small smiles that were adorable. Then Ritchie got a smirk on his face. "I thought you said you weren't together in this world."

"We aren't." Silver got a sad look on his face. "But if I want to keep her safe, we can't be."

Both cousins got a frown on their face before Michael got it. "This world isn't a very safe place, is it?"

"Not really no." Silver shook his head before adding. "That's another reason I want to get you kids home as quick as possible."

"Eh, don't worry about us." Ritchie told him as both his and Michael's eyes gained a dark look. "We know how to handle ourselves if something goes wrong."

Silver noticed the looks on their faces so instead of refuting that, he said. "Do you know how to handle people wielding different kinds of magic-"

"Wait magic exists here?" Michael asked shooting up in interest.

"Why are you asking that when you literally summoned something from out of nowhere earlier, are able to go very fast, and, on top of that, your cousin can turn into a bat?" Silver asked raising an eyebrow.

"I can only turn into a bat because I'm a vampire." Ritchie told him.

"And my summoning power is the result of an experiment I did." Michael added before tapping his chin. "I don't know about my speed really but I think that's just from sugar."

"Kid, I've seen people run, but I've only ever seen someone run that fast if they had speed magics." Silver told him. Michael just shrugged before asking. "So if magic exists here, do you have magic? And our other selves?"

"Yeah, I can use Requip magic." Silver told him before adding. "Basically, I can summon and store magical weapons at will."

"That's why you asked about that." Michael realized and Silver just nodded. Ritchie then decided to ask. "And my other self uses some sort of lightning magic right?"

"That would be right." Silver nodded before listing off the different magics. "Ritchie uses lightning magic, Brandon uses air magic, Bri uses Necromancy magic, and Michael uses shadow magic."

"Cool." The cousins said together.

Silver nodded with a soft smile before sighing and saying. "I'd better get back down there and talk to the others. Michael, please eat something, it'll make me feel a lot better."

Michael nodded slowly after a moment of consideration. Silver gave both the boys another soft smile and ruffled their hair before he teleported downstairs. Michael and Ritchie just stayed there for a moment before Michael reached over to pick the plate up from the bedside table.

Meanwhile downstairs...

The guild leaders all sat around the table as they discussed what they should do next. They couldn't just keep staying here. They were all the leaders of their guilds so they would have to be back soon. Not to mention, this may have been Bri's house but she was technically 'dead' so they weren't really even supposed to be there.

But where could they go? How could they explain the two little boys to anyone in their guilds? They looked too much like Michael and Ritchie and it wasn't like they could just claim that they were their sons. Not to mention, the idea made Michael extremely uncomfortable.

Finally, Ritchie stood up and said. "Our guild knows that we're from another dimension, we can just take both boys there and if anyone asks, they're also from another dimension which they are. Our guild will take it better."

"But what about the Protectors? Do they know?" Michael raised an eyebrow.

"Some of them do, we decided to share it during a bonding exercise that our two guilds did." Brandon nodded, making Michael blink in surprise. He hadn't expected them to say yes.

"Do you have space for them?" Bri questioned.

"Yes, and if nothing else, they can just stay with us." Ritchie nodded.

And with that, the decision was made.
