Revenge follows Love,
Love fights away the affections,
Love tells themselves they don't want Revenge,
But then,
But then they are hurt,
And so they call Revenge,
For you see Love also follows Revenge
Back at the station it was nearing lunch and the BAU was deep in conversation about this case and the previous cases, it could be connected too. "Why would you saw that we've come across the unsubs before, Spence?" Esme and Linda didn't have any family left when we caught them." Reid dropped his file onto the table. "I said we've killed someone they loved. Ripped out their heart, so to speak." Matt looked confused, "So it's not connected to the Esme and Linda case?" Reid's shoulder rose and fell. "That remains unclear. But we know that they've hacked into our archives and got access to various case files and yet they've chosen this one to copy." Luke looked around at the gathered team. "Why would they kill people who look like us?" Luke questioned with another look at Tara gauging her reaction. "It's an act of revenge. You took this person, I can take this one, but I'm not going to kill them, I'll take someone who looks like them." Tara pointed out. Rossi nodded and consulted his tablet which held his notes on the previous case before speaking. "The previous case did have a similar reasoning, you ripped out my heart, I'll rip out yours, but they went after married men who to them wronged their wives. This unsub just didn't kill those who resembled us, they created one who did." The team nodded at his assessment.
Tara inhaled lightly, "Ok so, what if this isn't connected to the previous case?" She questioned though her tone was dubious. Garcia snorted and her usual quick quip followed, "So what it's a werewolf?" Reid sat up straighter his encyclopaedic knowledge bubbling forward, but before he and Garcia could get into another sparring match regarding supernatural lore, Emily caught them off with stern voicing of their names. Reid tilted his head down, flicking through the case file in front of him. "Why that case though? The hearts being removed was never released to the public, it was deemed too dangerous mostly due to her affiliation with the FBI." Garcia questioned, JJ looked up at the group twisting a lock of blonde hair behind her ear, "Hey Garcia? You said you were looking into the cops and CSU's we worked with right?" Garcia hung up before calling again, her face now flashing on the screen. "Right, mamma bear." JJ leaned forwards, ignoring her own file. "What about Morgana Angel?" The room tensed. "There were all found in the living room, which can and often does resemble the heart of the home or family, Morgana's victims were all found in the living room, that fact was never released either."
Garcia's face flashed with various emotions, pain, fear, sadness and doubt. Garcia tried to gather her thoughts, "I didn't...Morgana...she...I..." Emily looked over at JJ, JJ's face had two conflicting emotions mixing, one was akin to having a rotten tooth pulled, the other was apprehensive disbelief that one of their former enemies was able to return from the grave to haunt them. "What are you thinking JJ?" The blonde agent looked up at her friend and unit chief. "Morgana never actually said she had no one, she only ever said that she lost the one person who the effort to help her be normal. She only snapped because her father took away her connection to the world." Matt looked over, "Why would she have a kid and not tell us?" Rossi's eyebrows rose, "Because we'd know if her kid was a sociopath like her." Garcia attempted to interject. "Guys?" Luke stood, "Or maybe because this was part of her plan all along?" Again Garcia tried to interject. "We'll never know that. At least not for sure." Emily placated the group, "besides we don't even know if she had a child. We need to know why this case, why out of every other case, would they copy this specific one?" Garcia at this point interjected before Reid could give some insightful idea. "I know why." In unison the group turned to her. "What do you have Garcia?" Tara asked when it seemed that the rest of the group wouldn't. "Morgana Angel worked with the Bureau for ten years, right out of college. She was transferred to the BAU where she worked for a year and a half before it was discovered she was a serial killer. She spent seven months in prison before she helped us with another serial killer who also killed her. Mother and father dead...one kid." Garcia's voice trails as she mentions the addition the team never knew about. "Niviene Angel." There's a teary gasping of air. "Oh my god, here's the photo, oh god." Garcia's voice trails off as a picture of a younger version of Morgana appeared with her mother appears on screen, her sapphire blue eyes shining with childhood innocence. Niviene with her blonde hair made her the spitting image of her deceased mother. Morgana looks down on her daughter dotingly.
The feeling of déjà vu that had plagued both Luke and Reid for the days they were here came back tenfold but again neither of them could really place it. "She's looks so innocent there. They both do." JJ comments an almost tender tone coats her words. "All things truly wicked start from an innocence." Everyone turns to Rossi raising their eyebrows. "Ernest Hemingway." He shrugs, and at their continuing pointed looks, "Hey, Boy Wonder over there, isn't the only one who reads." Emily turned back to Garcia, "I've seen her somewhere. Run a search on the DMV for Niviene Angel. Both facial and name." Garcia nodded, and began tapping away. The search took a few moments, both a ragged breath and a shocked face came from Garcia. "She doesn't go by Niviene Angel, it was changed a month after her mother was arrested. She's Natalia Fay now..." A photograph of the now black haired Niviene renamed Natalia appeared onscreen, her striking blue eyes gazing at them in an eerily similar way to her mother's frosty glare.
The rest of Garcia'ssentence was drowned out by Luke's loud shout of understanding and Reid's ownquieter one. At the raised eyebrows of the rest of the group, both menexplained that they had had this feeling of familiarity since the hospital butcouldn't quite explain it. JJ and Tara admitted a similar feeling that theyalso could place since seeing her for a few moments at the hospital. "We needto find her and her husband. The notes have been saying Mr. and Mrs. Which means they are probably working together." Reid's head snapped up so quickly, Garcia was surprised that he hadn't broken his neck. "Why Mrs.?" JJ shrugged,"Because she's married?" Reid looked over his best friend, his eyes lingered on her wedding ring, before moving up to her face to analyse her microexpressions. "Okay, Mrs. LaMontagne." He baited her, hoping she would take it, knowing that at least one member would pick up on what he was trying to do. JJ runningon little sleep, took the bait without thinking, "Its Agent Jareau, Spence, Ididn't change it." Garcia dropped her head in her hands pen sticking out between her fingers, before raising her head to comment. "Oh that's genius, Reid." JJ looked confused. Reid raised his eyebrows at her cluelessness. "Whyisn't she going by doctor? It's her title, she spent years earning it." Reidquestioned, JJ snapped her fingers as it clicked, every other team members eyesbegan to light up as it sunk in for them. "Because she didn't want us to figure out where she worked. More than that she has a connection to the original case,it was her mother's first and she worked at the hospital where there was an Angel of Mercy killer." Matt looked up, "Maybe she was the killer with herhusband. It makes some sense, he could have helped with supplying the drugs and with her alibis, killing when she was in the OR. When we got close, they killed Alexis and Nathaniel when we got close to throw suspicion onto them so theycould go through with this, their original plan." Everyone looked at Matt whose monologue had been slightly rushed, Luke turned to tease his friend, and he spoke with a lightly joking edge. "You should really breathe between monologues." Emily turned the splash of colour that was Garcia, "Where is Natalia Fay and Thomas Bellamy? Ping their phones, and put a BOLO out, we have reason to believe that they'll kill again." Garcia waved her feathery pen at Emily and began to type. While JJ left to inform Jayne but not before whacking Reid on the head with her own file.
