Death weaves discord safe from their own fateful tapestry,

It seems to them they are the only one with this power,

But there is Pestilence who is frayed,

Famine who wears down,

And War who is ripped,

Death is but one part of this world and the fabric from which they are created.

As the others were driving to Charity Grace Hospital, Reid informed them about the statistics of Angel of Mercy killers. Once they arrived they all exited the SUVs, the four of them gazed up at the building the glass windows winking in the sun. People were moving inside, their shapes could be seen, shadows moving as if independent of the person they were attached to. The BAU agents entered the hospital and were greeted by an assistant who wore a black pencil skirt with a red blouse coupled with a black blazer, she began to show them to the head of the hospital's office. Reid noticed that the walls were a pale blue grey, with darker grey blue for the doors. The assistant stopped outside one of them and knocked. A loud shout of "come in" allowed the group entrance, the assistant nodded and headed to her office. Each member gave a subtle glance at the name on the door before passing through. Doctor Mae Othello-Freemont. "Doctor Mae Othello-Freemont." She introduced herself, "Please call me Mae." The short, dark-skinned woman held out her hand in a brisk no nonsense manner. JJ, Luke, and Tara all shook her hand, Reid waved instead. The BAU members sat down on the couch that Mae had shown them, she sat opposite on one of the chairs when her office door opened. Mae stood, "This is Head of Medicine, Doctor Hamish Mallard-Festes, and our Head of HR, John Montague-Finn." The new members shook the visitor's hands again Reid waved.

Once each person was seated the discussion began in earnest. Hamish drew in a sharp breath, "We don't know how this person is overriding the system, and they have to input their own unique password to get that high dose." Reid nodded, JJ twisted her fingers slightly before asking, "Could someone use another person's password? Or do you think the morphine is being injected manually?" Luke checked the ME report that was in the file, Hamish shrugged and looked to his colleague, Mae, "It's not possible but I suppose that it could happen." She confirmed. Tara looked up from the doctor's notes which she held, and turned to the HR rep. "Is there anyone that you are concerned about? Or that you think could be responsible?" John shook his head, "Our doctors have psych elevations whenever it is deemed necessary, whether that is a traumatic case or event." Tara asked about the doctor's relationships with each other and patients, no red flags met the ears of the experienced agents. "One thing, before we go, is there anyone with the initials N.F. we've found some notes referring this person but we haven't found much." The three members all glanced at one another, before Mae spoke, "We have several people who have those initials working various parts of the hospital. I can get you a list." The BAU stood with the three others and once more shook their hands. "Thank you, if we have any questions, we will likely come back." Mae nodded. "Thanks agents." This sentiment was shared by her two colleagues.

As they left, cutting through the ER waiting room, Reid and Luke both caught sight of a female doctor. She had a tall, slender, athletic frame, her white coat hung off her almost elegantly. Her black hair was pulled up and away by delicate braids twisting through the curls, some twisted together reminiscent of small tiara, small pearl pins were dotted through her hair. The white contrasting with the black. Her porcelain skin seemed to glow even in the harsh florescent light. She turned and facing Reid with Luke, she blinked rapidly for a few moments, surprise dashing across her face and they caught sight of her deep blue eyes. She twisted back around, her heart shaped face disappearing from his view, a feeling of familiarity settled in Reid's gut but he could place his finger on why. Luke shook his head, trying to get rid of the sense of déjà vu that suddenly invaded his mind.

Inky black curls twisted into a circlet,

Soft innocent blue eyes hardened to unforgiving ice,

Snow white teeth glisten on full plump lips in a creepily tender smile,

Bloodied nails show the fury, depicting the deaths,

She had been created to be an undoing,

But she looked like the angel's love.

"Enchantress of all things possible, use your imagination." Garcia sang as the phones connected, the team snorted quietly despite being used to the eclectic nature of their analyst. "So, I got the list of names from the hospital with the initials N.F but I also ran the rest of those employed and got nada. Without further ado, I give you the list of those still working at the hospital with the initials N.F." Documents with the accompanying photographs showed themselves on each team member's tablets, Reid collected the hard copy versions from the printer in the corner. "First up and in no particular order we have, Nurses; Nina Foster, Nathan Frost, and Nicole Fray, Orderly; Nico Frederick, Head of Infectious Diseases; Doctor Nathaniel Fee. Consultant on Infectious Diseases; Doctor Natalie Fairchild, Doctors; Natalia Fay, Nadia Flowers, Nicolas Fee, and finally, Consultant for the hospital: Doctor Nero Fields. That's a lot of people with the same initials." Garcia mentioned as she took a breath from her mini rant. "Right, what did you want me to look for?" Emily removed the chopstick from where it was resting on her lips, waving it up into the air. "Anything that raises a red flag. Speeding tickets, HR reports, misconduct, full background search." Garcia nodded, "So full Jason Bourne, got it." Luke opened his mouth to antagonise the blonde, each member of the team waited with bated breath for the retort. "You aren't as scary as Jason Bourne, Garcia." He taunted, his grin could surely be heard through the phone.

There was a stretch of silence on the other line before, Garcia replied tauntingly with a scary edge to her voice. "You haven't seen me angry yet, newbie." There was palpable tension in the room before Garcia's bright bubbly voice filtered back through. "Few have speeding tickets and other driving related fines, no arrests or reports for criminal behaviour which isn't surprising they would have lost their jobs if they had one. Ah, no misconduct reports, uh, there are a few complaints in each of their employee files, not surprising. Nothing came from any of them." Here she paused. "I'm still running background checks on both the doctors and the victims, and their family histories just in case, they've been involved in any police cases in the past. I will send any files I find to you. Fear not my pretties, I will find out who has taken the lives of the innocents. " With that resounding statement she hung up, the dial tone echoed in the air for a few moments before Reid reached over and pressed the end call button on his side. Emily breathed in and waved her hand to indicate the dinner spread before them, "We'll finish eating, discuss some more before we sleep on it." The team nodded, and Luke raised a dumpling to his mouth but didn't eat it, instead the dumpling hovered there before he placed it back down, his eyebrows furrowed. He repeated this motion a couple more times, what he hadn't noticed but the rest of the team had was the Reid was going through similar motions with his food albeit without the aid of chopsticks, but rather with a fork. "What is with the pair of you, ever since the hospital you've been quiet?" Tara asked, "Yeah, I noticed that too." JJ asked. "There's just a..." Luke paused unsure how to explain, "Well, you both look like you've seen a ghost." Matt commented. Luke raised the dumpling and popped it in his mouth, "Feels like it." He mumbled around the mess of food.

The team arrived at the hotel and doubled up immediately, each agent dropped into their beds exhausted with what was going on. Reid rolled over to his side and looked over at Luke who was face down, his cheek was pressed against the pillow. "Hey Luke?" Reid called, he was met with a resounding grunt. "What did you mean by 'feels like it' earlier?" Luke shrugged despite Reid not being able to see him. "What I said, something makes me feel like I've seen a ghost." Reid nodded, neither man was comforted but still feel into a restless sleep.
