Chapter 22

Jennie's POV

Pushing you away was the biggest mistake that I'd made, and it's something I'm never going to forgive myself for. Didn't know this stupidity of mine will lead me into this. All you did was to stay faithful to me but all I did was to listen the devil inside me, instead of you. If only I could just give you a chance maybe you're still here by my side telling me those words that I've been craving for to hear it from you.

Feeling the ring that Lisa gave me in my hand made me cry even more, I look at the note that she gave me and repeatedly reading it. If only you knew that it was you who makes me happy and leaving me will give me so much pain. How could you do this to me? I know that I don't have the right to question Lisa cause at the first place all of this are my fault but I can't help it.

"Jennie?" Jisoo's voice interrupt, made me wipe my tears away. Jisoo slowly open the door and peek her head inside.

"The kids are already ready, let's go?" I nod my head and drag myself lazily towards Jisoo. We were heading to Irene and Seulgi's house to celebrate Christmas including Lisa's friends. Jisoo and Chaeng stop by to my house to give me and the kids a ride cause I'm too lazy to drive.

"Mommy is mama will be there?" Lily ask making Jisoo and Chaeng look at me through the rear view mirror.

"Mama is still busy with work baby I don't know if she could make it."

It's always been like this and I felt sorry for them cause they didn't know that all of this are my fault to why Lisa left. No one knows Lisa's where about, well I don't know if bambam is really telling me the truth and even if he knows I know he won't tell me. I once followed him but to my luck he noticed me following him he asked me to stop trying cause he also didn't know where Lisa is, and I know he was just lying.

Irene's wide smile came in view the moment she open the door. She greeted us and hug us one by one then let us in. The twins quickly run towards the group when they saw them at the living room. I just let them and proceed to the kitchen where Jisoo and Irene at. I tie my hair into a bun first then grab an apron to start cooking.

"Any news about Lisa's where about?" Irene ask me from behind. I look at her with a sad eyes then shakes my head telling her no. Irene walk towards me then give me a hug

"Let's just give Lisa some more time, okay?" I look at Jisoo who's already looking at me with a small smile.

"What if Lisa never come back? And worst she might find someone who loves her more than me." I ask while my tears are started to fall.

"Shh Jen, no one else can compare how much you love Lisa. We all know that."

"No unnie, how could I calm down knowing Lisa already thought that I don't love her anymore. How could I? And to top it all she even left me a note telling me she already letting me go." I ask with a shaky voice. The two just hug me while telling me that everything's gonna be alright and the note that Lisa gave me, telling me that she finally letting me go didn't mean it and nothing really serious about it. I know they're just telling me those words just for me to calm down. This is my fault, right? And I don't have any right to be hurt. I should be paying for it. If only I could just forgive you wholeheartedly and listen to you even if you don't do anything, than my ego maybe all of this are not gonna happen.

Irene and I walk towards the storage room to get some of the decorations when suddenly we heard two voices talking outside the balcony beside the storage room.

"Come on seul, Lisa asked me to bring you too tomorrow." Bam plead. Irene and I look at each others eyes with mouth slightly agape. We slowly, carefully walk towards them afraid that they might hear us. I knew it Bam knows Lisa's where about but I didn't expect Seulgi knew too.

"I wanted too but Irene is already suspecting me to why I always go out without her. You know Irene, and besides I don't know what alibis to tell her this time."

"Just tell her--" But before bam can continue Irene immediately interrupt them making the both of them gasp in surprised and stumble a bit.

"About what?" Bambam and Seulgi tried to compose some word's but nothing came up.

"About excuses for tomorrow to go to Lisa?" Irene ask the two.

"Lisa? Did we mention Lisa's name Bam?" Seulgi ask while elbowing Bambam's side making him yelp in surprise.

"Did we?" Ask bambam stuttering with wide eyes. The two look at each others eyes then took a big gulp before looking us.

"Bam! Seul!" This time I warned them.

"Bam?" Seulgi ask Bambam for help when she noticed Irene is already glaring at her. Whipped. I saw how Bambam sigh in defeat then look at me.

"Lisa" He said with a thrill. I motioned him to continue. He look at Seulgi first to ask permission before continuing

"Lisa ask me not to tell anyone. And you already know why." Bam look at me apologetically

"Where is she? Is she fine?" Bam nod his head.

As soon as Bambam told me where Lisa is, I immediately drove to Lisa's beach house in Gangneung where bambam told me where Lisa is staying for a meantime.

"Lisa will be leaving tomorrow morning and will be staying in Thailand for good."

Bambam's voice repeatedly rang on my ears making me drove fast.

No way I would let Lisa leave us like this.  I'll do everything just for you to be with me again, Lisa. Even if you push me away like what I did, I won't let you. This time I'll make things right.
