We arrive at the compound to see steve outside pouting. Tony rolls down the window. "Why the long face cap?" He asks. "Let me guess. He turned into a baby" "among other things Yeah what do you want" I smirk. "Peace cap. It turns out resentment is corrosive and we hate it" I get out of the car. "I could have told you that" "you know instead of pushing lang through time you probably pushed time through lang its very dangerous someone should have warned you against it" "you two did" "oh did we? On. "And keep that thing on the down low we didn't bring one for the whole team. We are getting a whole team aren't we?" I ask closing the trunk. "We're working on it" "then where are we headed?" "Guys I think we have a code green" I say panicked. Steve sighs. "Nope that's just bruce now" "what? Why?" "Well I let him explain for himself he seems to like doing that" I wall over to him. "Because I promised I would be there for him when he needed it and now seems like the time he needs that most" he agrees. "Although it's not me you need to convince" he points to rocket. I go over to him. "Rocket?" I ask. "Who are you how do you know me?" "Umm...I'm y/n I was on titan. I met quill,mantis and drax" he looks sadly. "I'm sorry rocket I..." "you can come" "what?" "Thor needs you. Just like I needed my family. You all seem like family just like my team. He needs you. So come with us" he smiles I smile back. "Thank you" I touch his shoulder. He pushes it off still smiling. "Alright alright enough with the mushy gushy stuff" I laugh. "Tony honey I'm going to new asgard with rocket and Bruce to get thor. I'll be back soon okay?" "Okay honey" I kiss his cheek and hop in the truck with Bruce and rocket. "Well I guess we're off" we start driving we talk and eventually we're there. We see a woman stood on the dock we hop out. "Ahhh valkyrie good to see you angry girl" she looks him up and down. "I think I liked you better either of the other ways" I laugh. "Is he here?" I ask. "He won't see you he only comes out once a month for..." she looks at a huge pile of beer kegs in the corner. "Supplies" "we still have to try" I smile sadly. She shows us where he is and I knock on the door. "Thor?!" Bruce calls. The door opens and we walk in. "Oh smells like something died in here" rocket says. We walk to a door where we hear voices I open it. I see two alien looking creatures and...thor? Well I think its thor but he looks like silly putty. "Thor?" Bruce asks. "Boys" he sees them because I hung around behind them for a bit. I walk in. "Y/n?" He says. "Hi thor" he hugs me. "I missed you" "I missed you too buddy" "thor...we think we can fix it" I say. "Fix what the cable? Because that been driving me..." "no thor she means thanos" bruce says. Thor's face drops and he points to his chest. "Don't you say that name" "thor...we need you. And I think...I think you need us too. Look I know you're scared..." "scared? Y/n I'm not scared I was the one who killed him. Can anyone else say that I don't think so" "thor look at yourself for a minute are you proud of yourself do you this you're mother would be proud of this?..." Flashback.

"Is that the best you can do?" Thor shouts. Ultron calls his army. "Oh you just had to ask" me tony and steve say. "This is the best I can do. This is exactly what I wanted. All of you, against all of me. How could you possibly hope to stop me?" "Well like the old man said. Together" I say smiling at tony and steve. "You know, with the benefit of hindsight...." the hulk knocks him far away and the robots begin retreating. "We can't let 'em, not even one. Rhodey!" Tony shouts. "Oh. I didn't say you could leave. War machine comin at ya" "We gotta move out. Even I can tell the air is getting thin. You guys get to the boats, I'll sweep for stragglers, be right behind you" steve says. "What about the core?" Clint asks. "I'll protect it" me and wanda say at the same time. "Its my job" I look at her and smile. "I've taken a liking to the kid. I'm not letting her get hurt" she smiles at me. Everyone heads out. "I'm not going to leave you here" Pietro says to wanda. "I can handle this" she says as I rip a couple of robots In half. "Besides. I've got the most badass woman I've ever met with me" I laugh. "You haven't met nat yet" "Come back for me when everyone else is off, not before" she is a very noble girl. A perfect candidate for the avengers. "Hmm" "You understand?" "You know, I'm twelve minutes older than you" "yeah kid I think I'm at least a couple years older than you I think you better get going" he chuckles and speeds off. "You close then huh?" I ask. "Well. We are twins" I laugh. "I know what I need to do. The dining room! If I knock out that east wall, it'll make a nice work space for Laura, huh? Put up some baffling, she can't hear the kids running around, what do you think?" "You guys eat in the kitchen anyways" I say through coms. "No one eats in a dining room" clint says. "Thor, I'm gonna need you back in the church" tony says. "Is this the last of them?" Thor asks. "Yeah. Everyone else is on the carrier" I think about tony and thor. "Do you think you can handle this on your own kid I might need to go find our metal friend" she nods quickly and I fly off to Tony and Steve and thor "You know, if this works, we maybe don't walk away" tony says. "Then we go down together" I say float above them. I see clint with a boy about to be shot by Ultron. Pietro runs over but I use my suit to protect them all. "What you didn't see that coming?" I ask Pietro. He laughs. I go over to the boy. "What's your name?" "Costel" "well costel let's get you on the boat huh?" I get him,Pietro an Clint on safely. Hulk drops nat onto the helicarrier and jumps onto Ultron's jet. Me tony and thor fly to Ultron and wanda. "Wanda, if you stay here, you'll die" he says. "I nearly just did. Wanna know how it felt" she rips out his core. "It felt like that" "Thor, on my mark" tony says. The core explodes and I get wanda off and go to vision. He is with the last Ultron robot. "You're afraid" vision says. "Of what? You?" He asks. "No of death you're the last one" "You were supposed to be the last. Stark asked for a savior, and settled for a slave" "I suppose we're both disappointments" Ultron laughs. "I guess we are" "Humans are odd. They think order and chaos are somehow opposites, and try to control what won't be. But there is grace in their failings. I think you missed that" "They're doomed" "yes we are" "But a thing isn't beautiful because it lasts. It's a privilege to be among them" I smile at him. "You're unbearably naive" "well I was born yesterday" he uses the stone in his head to destroy him. "You really are aren't you?" I ask. "What?" He asks. "Unbearably naive. Just like most people and Jarvis" "I'm not jarvis I'm not Ultron either" "no. You're different. You are pure and worthy" with that I fly away but not before looking back to see a smile on his face.

Present day.

"You bit off more than you could chew. More than we could chew. Pietro almost died. Nat was kidnapped. Bruce went missing but do you know what" "what?" "We stood strong and your gonna be damn sure we'll do it again. And again and again and again because thats what family does for each other so what do you say thor? One more mission for the books before we close it?" I hold out my hand he grabs it. "What other choice do I have?" We walk out to the truck bruce pulls me over while we walk. "How did you do that?" "What can I say I'm an inspiration" we head back to the compound and me tony, rocket and Bruce start working on the time machine. "I pray to the Gods that this works because of it doesn't..." "if it doesn't?" "Then Bruce I'll never see Peter again. I'll never be able to forget the look on his face when he..." "Tony. It's going to work. And everyone's coming home with us" I say smiling. We work over a few days and eventually the time machine and the suits are done. We have scott in one suit and Bruce holding a pym particle about to put it in. "Woah woah" Scott says. "What?" Bruce asks. "You need to be careful" "I am being careful" "no you're being very hulky this is the last of the particles because hank pym went with half of the universe. We only have enough for one round trip each. And...two test runs" he puts it and disappears and reappears. I put my face in my hands. "One test run. Okay I'm not ready. I'm not ready for this" "I'll do it" me and clint say. Mouths open in disgusted shock. "First of all, that's horrible..." "its thanos" "even if it is thanos that's not how time works changing the past doesn't change the future" I say "Look, we go back, we get the stones before Thanos gets them... Thanos doesn't have the stones. Problem solved" scott says. "Bingo" clint agrees. "That's not how it works" nebula agrees. "Who told you that anyway?" I ask. We're going in 3... 2... 1!" A white helmet flips over my face and I go through the quantum realm and end up in the avengers tower Tony and happy beside each other. I look down to see Peter's mask? I pick it up. I spot Peter.  My Gps starts beeping. "No no...peter! Peter!" He looks up my helmet flips up before I he answered and I get sent back. I end up on the floor kneeling breathing hard. "Y/n!" Tony runs to me he hugs me. "Are you alright?" I dont answer I just hand him the mask worth tears run down my face. "It worked"
