Bella's POV

As they steered me through the front door of their house, I felt my mouth become agape. The house looked as if it had just came out of a magazine featuring mansions. The outside was something that I would always dream of having; nonetheless to see that these gorgeous people have such a wonderful home that I can drool on all day, I would say that they have succeeded it making my eyes pop.

The house had a magnificent feel to it; the vibrant color of the garden had me awestruck at its delicateness. As my feet thudded into the house I caught sight of all their weary faces staring at me. Their names still escape me, but there is something about them that makes me want to know more.

The inside of their house was even more magnificent, if that was even possible. Their footsteps barely made any noise on the floor, while I expected mine to make noise, I realized my footsteps didn't make a sound either. Usually when I am around the house in Arizona, I would be falling and tripping over my own two feet; yet here I am walking as graceful as ever. Did my balance improve in the last few days since I left my mother?

They moved me to a couch; my train of thought was elsewhere and so I do not know if they even told me what room we were in. I stared at each and everyone of them, but nothing came to remembrance. The only think glued to me, other than my childhood, would have to be the agonized pain I saw my so called "husband" face when I took off my rings.

I saw the way his face scrunched up in pain, and as much as I wanted to make it all go away, I couldn't; only because it was not my place intercede. When the rings slipped off my fingers I felt nothing, completely and utterly empty. There wasn't anything that snapped in me, it was just a regular movement for me; while for "my husband" it must have been the most crucial movement that I have ever done.

" Bella?" A chirpy voice coated with sadness called me out of my train thoughts. I turned my head towards the sound and came into eye contact with a pixie-like girl whose name escapes me, even though I know somewhere in the back of my mind that she had said her name at least once.

"Sorry, but I seem to have forgotten your name. Do you mind restating it?" I questioned as I tried to search my brain for her name. Come to think of it I seem to have forgotten all of their names. Her eyes saddened, but she soon cleared her expression and restated her name.

"My name is Alice." She stated calmly. Knowing myself I am likely to forget if she were to ask me five minutes later.

"Alice, do you mind getting me a piece of paper so I may write your names. I tend to forget names. I explained while she stood and began walking away to get me the piece of paper. I turned my focus to the rest of the family, but they seem to now state at me with startled expressions

" Bella, would you like to give you a tour of the house?" The woman with caramel hair brushed by and stood waiting to take my hand in hers. I looked into her golden orbs, and saw nothing but kindness coming from her.

"Sure." I smoothed, as I too stood up and we began walking towards another staircase, but it was then that the front door opened; and it is then that I saw the same sorrow filled man that claimed to be my husband. His eyes held no depth, nothing but sorrow. Deep down I wish I could remember but every time I shut my eyes and try, I come up with nothing.
