Dear Diary,
Another year has passed. I swear if we all just blink, it'll already be the end of time itself. I swear it was just yesterday that I began Sophomore year and now, here I am! At least Pete hasn't harassed me. I have been so busy with assignments that I haven't had the time to write in this diary. I'm hoping I can hurry as to avoid being caught by my art teacher. The 2nd semester has begun. I really need to work but I will write to you again. See ya!
Sincerely yours,
Patrick Stump
Entry #2:
Dear Diary,
I finally got some time to write to you. It is a Saturday. I don't really have anything planned nor anything to do. So why the hell not? It's been like 3 weeks and we are already a week into February. There's just a few days before Valentine's Day. And I know what you're wondering. Did I ever ask Gavrilo or Tom out to that dance ages ago? Yeah, but they politely declined. I felt sad about it for awhile but I eventually got over it and they made it up to me by taking me to see 'Zodiac'. I ended up having a fun time. We are still besties though. We got a new girl in our school. More students again? Yeah but she didn't come from a distant country this time. She came from Wisconsin. Her name, I think, was Amy Lynn Lew. She's a nice and decent girl, barely got into any fights. But she was a bit of an oddball. Guess she belongs here after all. She actually knew Calvin as it turned out. She spoke like she was in love with him. I was already suspicious of her. Everyone had a lot of questions regarding Calvin. I speculated along with the rest of the gang in the Commentary Club regarding this topic. We all had some suspicions about the new girl. Even though, we knew very little about her. We can't really make any judgements just yet. We'll just have to wait and see. I talked to Gabriella and Gavrilo about it and they agreed; Amy is strange. Again, we'll just have to wait.
Sincerely yours,
Patrick Stump

Dear Diary,
I rejoined Drama Club and now the current play is "Double Indemnity". It was some old movie from the 40's that got adapted into a play. Apparently. I got the role as Mr. Jackson, one of the passengers Neff encounters in the middle of the movie. Speaking of Walter Neff, that role went to David Mazouz, Camren Bicondova as Lola Dietrichson, Cameron Monaghan as Barton Keyes, Keanu Reeves as Nino Zachetti, Daisy Ridley as Phyllis Dietrichson, Tom Cruise as Mr. Dietrichson, and there were a few other people who got casted as other characters. Good news! Joe is now in my school! Yay! We happily reunited during lunch today. I introduced him to everyone, except Andy, because he already knew him, due to them being pen pals. He blended right on in. I invited him to join Commentary Club and he said he's considering it. But nonetheless, I am absolutely ecstatic. There's just 2 days left till Valentine's Day.
Sincerely yours,
Patrick Stump

Dear Diary,
Today is Valentine's Day! It's a lovely day and I could care less on whether I end up with someone or not. Good news: Apparently, Cory and I managed to catch Amy in the act of soliciting another male student. We told on her and hopefully she got scolded for her actions by the deans. I suspect that she has probably has parental issues. Maybe she was even abused sexually? I honestly don't know. I'm just glad that we took action. At some point, we're planning on confronting her about Calvin. I have a theory that Calvin was kidnapped, which would explain why he hasn't been seen in a while. But who told Calvin to quit Commentary Club? And why? Did Amy have an accomplice? Who was it? So many questions are just running in my mind right now. Maybe I'll become a detective when I graduate college. But enough about that. Bad news: I encountered Homophobe Pete Wentz again. But he was acting rather strangely. When I was in my Science class, he showed up with a red heart shaped box of chocolates. He dumped the box right in between me and Daisy. It freaked us both out when he did that. Daisy was my lab partner on that day. We were researching how certain chemicals react to one another for a project. I can't tell if that box was for an apology or not. Pete didn't say anything, so probably not. I kept him in my list of suspects for Amy's potential accomplices. He did seem pretty sketchy, ever since my freshman year here. I just hope I can survive just a little longer.
Sincerely yours,
Patrick Stump

Dear Diary,
Well, Valentine's Day has passed. But another strange thing and yes, it relates to Pete again. Or at least, I think it does. There was a note taped to my locker and it said something like "Will you be the water to my desert and go with me to the next homecoming dance? Yes or No?" I took it down after and then crumpled it up before I threw it away. What the fuck was all that about? I honestly don't know. But I do hope it's not a prank. Was it Pete or was it someone else? Finals are creeping around the corner again. Teachers pressuring us to study and to do our very best as they always do. Got to go to class.
Sincerely yours,
Patrick Stump
Entry #6:
Dear Diary,
We did it. We confronted Amy. And, predictably, she denied ever telling Calvin to quit or even kidnapping him. She even denied having an accomplice. I guess it made sense, since she didn't even attend this school yet when Calvin quit. So there goes that theory. But what if Calvin was blackmailed by an outside source that can't really interact with him during school? They must have threatened him into doing what they wanted. She denied everything and we let her go. We eventually decided to hold off the case until later. That was the smarter move considering finals were coming up. I didn't shrug off the questions. I didn't trust her. No one did. But I was going to keep an eye out on her. More than likely, she was only saying that just to distract us. Better get ready for finals.
Sincerely yours,
Patrick Stump
Entry #7:
Dear Diary,
Finals are here and I managed to get them all done. Now, I have a few minutes to spare. So I could write in here. I'm currently on the bus, that's driving me back home. I'm trying to keep it hidden because I think someone might make fun of me for keeping a journal that I use as a diary. I almost got caught once. Some peeping tom was looking around my stuff and just when he was about to lift up my notebooks and notice my diary, I stopped him and shooed him away from my stuff. It's hard to imagine just how much humiliation I would have received had I not done that. But I'll have to keep it hidden better. Junior year, here I come!
Sincerely yours,
Patrick Stump
Entry #8:
Dear Diary,
Junior year is here! Just one more year before senior year! And then, I'll graduate! We have yet again another transfer student. This school is going to get flooded & pretty soon we'll probably have a crowd control problem. Note to self: tell the deans, or whoever is in charge of this school, to expel half the student population. The guy's name is Gregory Jackson. He just arrived and everybody is weary of him already. Also, Calvin's back! Turns out he was serving juvie the whole time. Phew! There are a lot of new rumors that came with Greg. There was one rumor that Greg's dad was a sexual offender. That his mom was a member of the Westboro Baptist Church, the most homophobic church. Better steer clear of Greg. I think he might have dumped a lot of girls without breaking up with them first! What a dick! On an unrelated note, I'm still in Drama Club & in Commentary Club. Haven't quit either one. It's just that either I was busy or there were too many mundane events to mention in here. The play hasn't been announced yet. I hope it's something good. Plus everybody was discussing the whole Greg suspicion in Commentary Club & we all reached a united consensus. We didn't like him & found him to be pretty sketchy as a person. Hope everything goes ok this year.
Sincerely yours,
Patrick Stump
